On Samsung Switzerland online shop says 18.02 shiping...

I think. .. It's kind of hard to tell.... But I THINK his point was that every time a new device is announced, at some point prior to it actually getting released and shipping, someone here creates a new thread asking about the dates the device will actually ship. Typically in anticipation of receiving said device and gauging when exactly that might happen.
Does that clear it up? I can probably break it down further for you, if necessary. It's understandable to be confused. The content of his post was quite nuanced and had some very dynamic themes in it.
going by their history. they ship it out on monday (the 21st) , received it on Wednesday the 23rd. 2 days earlier than 25th.

Well it didn't show up in my orders it on my FedEx manager, FedEx website

Will the phone activate before official release date?
Here in the UK the exclusive colours show the 10th of March as delivery date. I have Red and Graphite on pre-order.
Transaction went through on my card yesterday. I expect it will ship next week.

I just received a call from USA Mobile Planet asking for confirmation on my credit card info for the Polaris order. Apparently, they ARE getting some in next Monday/Tuesday. (Dec. 24th-26th) They needed to know who still wanted theirs and they are getting on a small shipment. Checking their list and checking it twice.

Just spoke to expansys (mobileplanet) stated that HTC has shipped to them but to not expect delivery of phone next week due to the holidays and customs. He told me to expect delivery between the Dec 31st and Jan 4th. No info on quantity they will be receiving.
Got my confirmation call from OnTheGoSolutions today... My Polaris will be shipped next week Thursday (dang holidays). I was told that their shipment has already came in. I don't know how many they have but I know they have mine (or so they say). I should be getting it before next year.

Mine still shows pre order status with date as Jan 21st. When called mobile planet they said they are getting stock from HTC only after jan 16th.. Lots of confusion. I would be delighted if got mobile before 20th atleast for sure..

I just got off the phone with OnTheGoSolutions. It appears that their shipment hasn't came in yet but I was told they're expecting it today or tomorrow. I don't know what to expect! Last week, a rep told me they got them in... but this was also the same person that said she would upgrade my shipment to Fed-Ex 2 day free of charge - I was charged - Needless to say: this rep told me that the units will be shipped the day they get them in.

Just spoke to OnTheGoSolutions. I was told they got partial shipment in: hopefully customs will release the remaining tonight... if so, they will be shipped tomorrow. If this isn't the case, they will be shipped out next week sometime.
To those that has already received their unit, were you given a Fed-Ex tracking number? And for those that have their tracking number but no Polaris, are you able to track it?

I also got a call from On the go today and they said I would receive one of the "last" units that are not stuck in customs. Just a few minutes ago I recieved the Fed Ex tracking and it's on schedule for Friday delivery. I never thought I would be so stoked about getting a new phone... I hear these are the Black versions?? That would top it off !

It's a good way for ATT to receive some "positive attention". To be fair, when you purchased the phone, it even said the shipment date is may 2nd.
I received the same email. I better be receiving it on Friday.
Its impossible for Sunday delivery. So it's Friday or Saturday!
For what its worth the premier rep that I talked to said the phone would be delivered on friday, she even gave me a cut off date in which to preorder by to have it by friday.
Well according to the email it's not so obvious that they will ship it before.
It says as early as May 6th aka not before that.

I got the same email above, and I read "as early as may 6th" meaning I won't see it before May 6th. There is a whole different context when compared to "on or before may 6th"

I went ahead returned my Z2 and purchased my Z3 from ebay seller never-msrp. Even though his ad says the item is IN-STOCK, he sent me a message saying that this listing is for pre-order and they dont have an ETA as when the item will be shipped out. Not cool. I am going to go ahead and request a refund.
Is there any other place where I can place an order?

Update:
I got upgraded to overnight shipping after I told them about their mistake (advertising in-stock for a pre order item) so I decided to keep my order and received my phone today (10/2/2014). So far I am pleased with their service as they were prompt with their communication.
Fantastic phone! IMO big improvement over Z2 as far as physical appearance.

That's true, if you look at the D6603. If you look at the D6633 or D6653, it saids it is instock which is misleading.

I just ordered a D6603 from Clove on 9/27 and same story. 9/29 blog post states all orders shipped that were placed through the weekend. Clove buyers, site states same day ship if ordered by 1400GMT, true?

Same here. Ordered d6603 on 27th but no shipment email so far. I called their number and was told the order is with the sales team and they might ship it tomorrow. He also said the phone was in stock. I will wait and see what happens. There was another user who received it from clove not sure how long they took to ship it for him

same bought the dual from them. got a shipped email from them and fed ex then suddenly today i got an email from them saying it's on pre-order.
so far their store has 99.8% positive reviews. if they don't deliver as promised it will damage their rep. not to mention me pissed off.

I basically sent a note to them asking about, when will it arrive since the listing saids it is in stock. I will wait and see what they will do.
On the other hand, never-msrp, increased the price of the Dual to $679.97!
I ordered from handtec and received !my D6603 the morning of sept 26th. My wife loved the phone so much she took it I then ordered another one on Sunday and got my FedEx tracking number that night. Phone should be here Tuesday morning (less than 48 hours after ordering). Those guys are awesome!!!!

It's pretty scammy to be honest, because they mark it shipped on eBay when it clearly wasn't. I am getting extremely bad vibe because I felt like I was scammed into buying it because of a lie, since they were the only ones claiming to have whites in stock.

Yeah, so the cheapass in me doesn't want to cancel my order because I don't want to lose that lower price. Let's see what they say but ugh, like I said, extremely bad vibe.
You know, since there seem to be a number of us here, what we can do is to tell them that if they don't make it right, we are coordinating here at XDA and will all leave negative feedback at the same time.
I am not complaining in this post, I just wanted to see how everyone else was doing in getting their phone.
I ordered my phone on PDA Plaza.
I pre-ordered well before the Release Date (Jan 18.)
On the Product Page, it says "Ships within 10-15 business days after purchase". It has now passed 15 days.
I contacted support and waiting a response.
It has been almost a Month since i pre-ordered, and not a single email from PDA Plaza to update me on anything, even if its delayed.
I am starting to think perhaps a Refund is in order, and maybe look somewhere else.

seems like Chinese New Year right now no one will be shipping until next week earliest vopmart says orders will be processed On the 10th I think. I just want to ask how's everyone's order doing? I have placed an order on PDA plaza last January 28 and have yet to receive a tracking number for the order. I am in contact with customer service via email but they just keep promising that they expect to receive and ship the order after every week with different reasons; i.e. Chipset Shortages, Ukraine-Russian war (really?). At this point im beginning to tire in waiting and getting more anxious that i may have been scammed.

So, it is now almost 28 business days and no news. PDAPlaza mentioned that they should get it by tomorrow and will ship the same day, I don't think so. Placed order cancellation request.

Would depend on who you ordered through. for example i can view the delivery via UPS to my address as TMobile ships through UPS.

I had my tracking number since last friday , Fedex show ship date this friday and delivery the 22nd, so if you haven't signed up for Fedex delivery manager, I would and hopefully you will have label created and will show you when your pre-order will ship, and be delivered.

you don't need the order number ... Fed Ex app will show all packages coming to your address. Same goes for UPS, and USPS apps for that matter.
Doesn't work when you send it to your work!

Just got my T-mobile delivery notification this evening. UPS says Monday
Went to UPS and they are saying my phone from T-Mobile will be delivered Monday.
My t-mobile order still says processing and shipping date 2/24/22 yay for getting tracking information through t-mobile so for me it's just a matter of time.

Shows that at about 1:00 AM EST on 02/18/2022 that the promotion has been applied,giving the monthly credit amount AND listing the IMEI......so,I imagine it will be just a matter of hrs before I see a tracking number.
Regardless of when it ships,seeing the IMEI is kinda cool/reassuring....just thought I'd pass this along to anyone else on T-Mobile who hasn't seen/heard anything yet to have another spot to check,as (one of two methods) of checking T-Mo's device order status is total garbage/lags behind in true status & has been for a looooong time.
