Connector XDA II - pin 19

Hi all,
I've been searching for more info on activating the handsfree function of the XDA II (possible with the XDA I by connecting pin 19 to + 6V).
The only thing I found, is this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/viewtopic.php?t=3929&highlight=connector, but there's no solution.
Is there already somebody who has found out if it's still possible to activate the handsfree function of the XDA II through the connector?
Grtz,

XDA AND BLUETOOTH

I have an XDA which only has Infraret and no Bluetooth. Is it possible to use a Bluetooth dongle in my XDA so that I can then transfer files using bluetooth to another phone?
Thanks
Yep. It's not a dongle, it's an SD like this one:
http://www.pretec.com/product/Mobile_peripherals/SDBT.htm
Is this what I need to make my non-bluetooth XDA into a bluetooth gadget?
If so, where do I plug it into on the XDA?
SDIO port.
What XDA do you have?
I have an XDA 1 with no bluetooth. My aim is to transfer games on to my XDA and them beam them across to a mobile phone using bluetooth from my XDA. I need some sort of dongle or adaptor or something to make my XDA bluetooth.
well then you are in no luck. afaik the wallaby is not sdio capable. so there is no way for you to upgrade bluetooth capability. time to get a new machine.
Clearly. Thank you anyway.

FM transmitter functionality

Hi,
Does the nexus s have the hardware to function as a fm transmitter for use in the car? Found this mentioned in some of the nexus one forums. Nothing concrete though.

crackling with my bluetooth headset

Bluetooth headsets
I have an issue with crackling with my bluetooth headset as soon as it is more than one
meter from my phone.
I use Runnydroid 5.1 but having tested other roms, I do not think it comes from my rom.
Does anyone have an idea of the cause of the crackling?
Thanks
Have you tried using another bluetooth headset or trying the headset with another phone?

I have the same issue with a Nokia CK-7W car kit. During conversations, at random intervals the sound starts crackling. In any given moment, the phone is less than 1 meter away from the receiver. Standard ROM and all, nothing modded.

Torque working on One S?

Anyone got Torque working? (App to check/clear error codes, view sensor info from OBDII interface in cars) https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.prowl.torquefree
Tried Torque Lite today with ebay bluetooth adapter but no luck for me, the adapter pairs nicely with the phone but Torque wont ack its existence
Seems there were some problems with the Torque + the bluetooth stack in the Desire and I'm getting one of the symptoms on my One S (Torque icon in status bar even after exiting the app).
I had torque working the other day, but if I remember correctly it was co.injecting and disconnecting frequently... I'll play with it tom and see

i have the full version and will test it tomorrow...
Got it working, not sure if it was an upgrade to torque that did the trick or me finding this option in torque settings "Change bluetooth device; Select the already paired device to connect to".
Anyways full version working on the One S now

Yea mine works fine... It was a bad connection causing the disconnects. I had a cheap eBay adapter but it died on me... I suspect the voltage regulator in cheap ones is not up to snuff. I have the plx kiwi, and it works really well with fast read speeds.
