Hello, there are actually some Windows 8 Alpha testings on the network.
I saw a video by Microsoft running it on a Tablet with snapdragon.

No, Surface RT is an ARM processor. Windows 8 Pro is an x86 architecture operating system and will not run on ARM processors. Wait til early next year for the Windows Surface Pro which will be x86 and support what you are asking but with a higher price tag.

If you're talking about the Surface Pro, then nobody knows for sure yet what pen technology will be present in that model.
If you're talking about the Surface RT, then no, it won't work.
I'd like to consolidate my tablet and laptop experience. I want my next computer to be a hybrid, and one contender is the Surface Pro. I often develop for different operating systems, so native support for running multiple operating systems is a high priority. How difficult is it to dual boot Ubuntu / Windows 8 on a Surface Pro, compared to dual booting a typical laptop? Does grub still do the job?
Has anyone successfully dual booted Mac OS X on a Surface Pro?
