I have a Redmi 9A Indian variant running Android 10.
It's 2023 and my phone hasn't received the Android 11 update yet. I checked online and found out that it was supposed to receive the update last year
Should I update my Redmi 9A Indian version running on Android 10 to andriod 11 the global version using XiaomiTool V2 software
Will there be any issues with this change?

Redmi Note 6 Pro hasn't a Chinese version. Then it isn't included on Beta build anymore.

The people at xiaomi haven't released the MIUI 13 update for the Redmi 9 cattail (which would be based on android 11) till date.
and frankly i think they've completely ignored the existence of the phone
So all we can do is wait and hope that they actually come through and give us the update.

can you relock bootloader after change rom from V13.0.10.0.RKCEUXM to V13.0.5.0.SKCMIXM ?
to me it seemed that
"veux_eea_global_images_V13.0.3.0.SKCEUXM" was the update you're speaking about.
Yes, it should be this one... but no update by OTA.
