How to Flash?
Download the image file below.
Boot your device in bootloader/fastboot.
Using Platform Tools (adb/fastboot commandline), type:
fastboot flash recovery path/to/your/twrp-image-name.img
fastboot reboot recovery
From TWRP, flash again the image or zip file, to make it permanent:
Install > Install Image > Locate your downloaded twrp-image-name.img
Select Recovery > Swipe to Flash
If you already have existing Custom Recovery installed, and you just wanna try this OFRP.
Just download the .zip file and flash it either via Install button or ADB Sideload.

Instructions :
Download the latest build , GApps and system-as-root twrp from downloads.
Reboot to recovery , flash system-as-root twrp from install image option
Reboot to recovery again from reboot option menu.
Wipe system , vendor , data , cache.
Flash the latest build.
Flash Gapps zip.
Reboot
If In Case The Device is Stuck in BootAnimation For More Than 2 Minutes Then Hold The Power Button & Reboot The Device
Notes :
This TWRP cannot flash pie roms!.
If In Case The Device is Stuck in BootAnimation For More Than 2 Minutes Then Hold The Power Button & Reboot The Device
Flash your old recovery if you want to use Pie ROMs again.
Wiping system using SAR recovery will show it as system_root.
Custom kernels are not supported and won't boot.
Flash Rom and Gapps at same time else contacts sync may not work.
Flashing Mods and custom zips may fail.
This is not a GSI neither a port. don't try to flash on other devices

First Time Install / Clean FlashOfc you need an unlocked bootloader and twrp 3.4 by Neb pre-installed (Note: don't use any other recovery, twrp 3.4 by Neb is the most stable and recommend)
• Wipe>Advanced wipe>select dalvik, system, vendor, cache, data>swipe to wipe (Note: incase you don't know this process will wipe your data so make sure to take a backup)

Mega costumrom noob here, I have completely stock mi a2 on android 10.
I think I have to root > unlock bootloader > put twrp > and lastly flash rom and install.
Do i need to do anything about the kernel? is there any guide or instruction list for this case?(completely stockto costum A11 ROM)
Will my banking apps run?

1.- unlock bootloader (google tutorials)
2.- use twrp + backup (if you want)
3.-flash rom (google tutorials)
there are tons of tutorials on youtube, also use "questions and guides" segment, try to not spamming threads.
if you don't root your device, then maybe your bank accounts will work. also with magisk you can "hide" the root, but there is an dedicate thread about it, not this.

Can you PLEASE make a minor update so I can flash this rom again? Tested ExolutionX rom and that installed a different custom recovery (had the Pixel Experience one), and now I can't go back if a rom is older than the one installed. Can you?
