The reason maybe why you can't using it is because its locked for chinese people. Maybe you know the firewall of china where nobody outside of china can use there service. But what email address service are you using.

I've started getting this notification saying "free games. Hot popular games! Play now for free!" When I long press for more info on the notification, it disappeared and a message pops up saying the app isn't on the list of installed apps.
