Question Stuck S-Pen - Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra

It only arrived today and the S-Pen just got stuck in the phone. Eventually it came out but in the Notes I have owned I have never seen this before.
Anybody else seen this?

put some lubricate and carefully wiggle it

It's likely the matte paint coating. The note spens were shiny and smooth. I noticed that it was hard to remove immediately.

My s22 ultra's spen just suddenly stucked this morning. I pushed tried and tried to take it out for some notes but it wont come out ... what should I do?

Defect - Bubble/dust under screen

Hi all,
I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 for about 3 months now. After some time, suddenly a big bubble appeared at the corner of the phone. It seems like there is some dust under the screen. I am not using a screen protector and otherwise there are no scratches etc. on the screen.
I know that there are similar threads - but from what I read, most people who had bubbles had it already when they got the phone.
Has anyone else encountered this problem? Is this a case for warranty?
I find it weird that the screen suddenly loosens from the device, especially with such an expensive phone.

Sorry for the bad photos. My phone is my only device to take photos with.
Went to the Samsung Service Center. They replaced the screen and casing as part of the warranty within less than 24h. Great service!

Oleophobic coating on screen issue

Hello form Poland.
So after 3 weeks of having the flat S7 found a coating failure on my phone.
In clean condition there is no mark or visible surface difference.
Just if there is fog or fingermarks the issue is visible. The problem seems to be comparable to the LG G4 problem with the coating.
Attached some pictures.
What do you think? Complaint relevant?
It looks like even my new S7 is suffering from this. When the phone is cleaned its not visible. But when its smudgy, a consistent diagnol line appears. Its not a scratch, its just there.
Edit: pics added
I have the same problem!

I have the same problem and I'm going to service center
did you come there? what did they tell you? what did they do with phone? how did they fix it?
I have the same issue on my S7 edge.
I have the exact same issue around the speakergrill. When I clean it it's not visible but once you touch it and leave fingerprints you can clearly see it. Not sure if there are other areas on my screen with the same problem as it has a protector but hope that it will be covered by warranty if needed.

I also have that issue around the speakergrill. I noticed it after a call, so I thought it must be because I put it against my ear. After a day or two, I noticed it again. Tried to clean it with water, and as soon as I touched it, it returned. It isn't much of an issue, since it isn't anywhere near the screen, but it is a bit annoying.
Did you eventually return your phone?
thats why I bought a Silver color S7 edge, and bought a screen protector...
I have the issue on the s7 around the speaker grill and in the gap between home and display... had the issue on s6 too (around the speaker grill)..

I've got the same problem on my phone. Annoyingly, the day I got the phone I kept the screen protector on but about 1/3 of it lifted off. I short while later I took it off and then waited till the next day till a screen protector arrived.
Fast forward 3 weeks later and I took the screen protector off and now notice the the wear mark, fine when it is clean but visible when smudged. Just niggles at me more than anything. Am considering sending it back for exchange or something.
Did anyone manage to do this successfully? Or did they just say something like wear and tear?
old thread but I have the same issue too, clean it, it looks perfect, the second i touch it and it leaves a fingerprint, looks like a nice long scratch right above my home button on the screen
Just wanted to say i have the same problem around the speaker grill, for now its not too big. Do you think it can get bigger ?
Same problem on my S8. Didn't notice it until day 27 and the folks at samsung are being a complete bear to deal with.

Got My Samsung Galaxy S8+ But!!

Hey peeps i got my S8+ Yesterday but i just opened it up today due to being so busy, as you know when opening a brand new phone you have the factory clear stickers on mine there was a few air bubbles thought nothing of it. But soon as i ran my finger over one of them there’s like dirt trapped in between the display and the factory applied protector...
I paid £779 for this phone bought it out right now I’m afraid if i remove the protector to see if its scratched the display then Samsung won’t take it back what do you think i should do i do ?

I'd think go back and open there for them to see it themselves.
Personally, if I'm paying this much for a phone ($850 US for me), if it's not up to my satisfaction then it gets returned. Of course this requires patience on your part waiting on new phone. I'm older so patience isn't an issue. You on the other hand may suffer a bit.
Brand new gorilla glass 5 isnt gonna be scratched for at leat a couple months unless dropped no worries! I had a galaxy s3 that i cracked edge on so threw it away but before that I tested it by taking a key and pressing as hard as I could on the screen and seeing how resistant it was and not a mark! And GG has come a long way since then. The phone was only 2 weeks old.
I should add that this is just my experience and use it as you will. My luck it would turn out different for you lol

Question Cracking Crease

Hey all,
I bought my flip the day it came out and have developed some cracking and peeling on the crease of the screen. Is this something I can easily fix with a new screen protector or is this something I need to call Samsung for and use the warranty?
Wowsers, may I ask how that happened? I'd get onto Samsung. That's what the warranty is for after all!
This is just normal use. I don't do anything crazy. I have a desk job. It just started cracking one day and keeps getting progressively worse.
Hi i had the same problem. i saw a crack in the protector horizontaly in the crease right side 2 weeks ago(i bought zflip 3 on end of august) with a gray reflect on White color of the screen.
I decided to remove the protector (you tube vidéo helps to it and furthermore in the french stores all Zflip 3 demo units had no protector on it like flip 1). I bought an hydrogel protector taylor cutted by machine.
The bad big surprise is that the Samsung original protector is not an hydrogel one but a simple sticker like S20 models !! It's a shame for a foldable and the risj to damage the screen is high.
Now i have my z flip 3 with hydrogel that i managed to put myself because the vendor was not sure..... The feeling is better, feels stronger and i love typing text on it after.
I have 2 micro bubbles left but it's far better than to have a cut in the plastic.

Update: I got a new screen protector on Amazon and everything is perfect now. Removal and replacement wasn't much different than a standard phone.
Well done!!!, the phone is better after, the screen seems stronger, typing is easier and its protected!!!

Is it true when you replace the original protector with something else and it is not done by Samsung, warranty will be void?

Question S21+ screen protector (panzerglass) problem

Hey.
In December I bought the s21+ 256gb device. I got a spigen clear case with borders extending over the screen with aircushion technology and I bought a PanzerGlass screen protector.
In the shop they cleaned the phone with the special cloth, used the dust remover thingy and placed the glass perfectly on the screen. There were no bubbles. A week or so later I notice an airbubble by the right edge, parallel to the volume buttons. I tried to push it out with a credit card to no avail.
I went back to the store and they replaced the Panzerglass free of charge. About two weeks later there, again, is a bubble in the same spot (next to the buttons). And, again, pushing it out withba credit card doesn't help.
I know if i go back, they'll replace it, but if it's just going to happen again, then i see no point in doing that.
My brother bought s21 base and the Panzerglass in the same store, at the same time and he had no problems with it so far.
Also, even with the screen sensitivity setting turned on, the finger print scanner is pretty inconsistent with the panzerglass (before and after the bubble appeared). Without it, its amazingly fast, way faster than it was on my s10+.
So have any of you had the same issue with Panzerglass? Does anyone what could be the problem? Maybe just a bad batch of paznerglasses with faulty adhesive in the same spot? Or could there be something wrong with my phone or its display? I didnt notice any unusual heating even when playing games. What would you recommend?
Thanks for any help
