[Q] (HELP)(rooting)(android-netbook)Impossible!

Recently I have bought this
Code:
dx.com/p/v702-7-0-lcd-android-4-0-netbook-w-wi-fi-camera-lan-hdmi-sd-slot-pink-154852
and after a long long search, I find it literally impossible to root!
there is no way to connect it via USB,
there is no way to switch adb to TCP without usb connection
and there is no reference at all to weather how to access the bootloader/recovery
The things i tried:
switch ADB to listen on tcp over wifi.
find explots and tools that can work within the device.
therefore i have no idea how to root it If anyone have any idea of the device, how to root or enter bootloader/recovery mode with keyboard I am all ears! thanks.
sorry if i posted something wrong and thank you for your attention

[Q] Is The Encryption Breakable? (4.2.1)

Hello everyone,
A device of mine fell into the hands of someone whom I'd rather it didn't. This person is computer literate enough to try something. I have encrypted my phone, which is running CM10.1 (an android 4.2.1 variant), and have employed a password (not a pin code).
I wonder how secure the encryption function is. From poking around the net, I've learned that if one can obtain access to the phone's system partition, one can grab the password database/hash, desalt it, and run a brute force on it. This is assuming that one can get into the phone and grab that file, which is not possible from recovery at least (mount operations are apparently protected by encryption). My bootloader is unlocked. I wonder how worried I need to be.
Note that I'm not asking for instructions on how to crack through a phone's password screen; I'm merely asking if it would be possible so that I can know how secure my data is. What do you guys think?
Cheers
If you had Enabled USB Debugging then he can easily get access to your Files. He Just needs to pull them on his computer which is very much possible.Or if you had a custom recovery he can create a Nandroid and then get access. But if you dont have a Custom recovery or USB Debugging enabled then it should be hard but not impossible.

Hi, thanks for that.
I flashed ClockWorkMod recovery so that I could flash ROMs to the phone. It's possible to reboot into the recovery menu, but because it's encrypted, there's no way to mount the USB storage and push files to the phone. If USB debugging is disabled, would it suffice to keep CWM on the phone?

Digiland DL1008M Root finally achieved

I have finally been able to root my dl1008m digiland tablet, I've been searching on a way to do this for months now and finally have found the solution to it, You will be using kingroot for this method, You must download hidden menu from the app store and you have to enable Riz Debug UI to OEM Mode on and then usb debugging and then use the root tool, it's working root checker has verified that I do in fact have root, if you need me to post a video of it I can do that just give me a few hours I got my daughter right now, pm if you have any questions
Instructions
First download Hidden Menu from the playstore
Second Set usb dubbing to enable
Third go to Hidden Menu and find Riz Debug UI, a pop up will come up and say OEM Enable check that
Fourth Download Kingroot(I go to their website and download it don't use the one from the playstore) and run it, your done after that (It will say no root available but try it anyways button)
Now I think other methods other then kingroot will work so long as you do the OEM Enable under hidden menu, I did not try any other root methods other then Kingroot so if you use another method with my kingroot method your on your own if your brick your device, if you do achieve it using another root program please let us know, I would rather have SuperSU instead but scared it will brick right now
dl1008m Firmwear

It's called hidden menu by Craig newell
Mmm .... this method is not working on my DL1008M. This what I've done:
- Downloaded hidden menus from play store
- Enabled USB debugging
- Checked OEM Enable on Riz Debug UI using hidden menus
- Installed Kingroot using Aptoide
- Executed Kingroot (no root available message so I checked "Try now")
The device is not rooted. What I'm missing? Thanks!!!

How do you enable USB-debugging on a phone with a black screen with no touch?

The Problem:My Xperia Z1's screen is fubar and I need to extract some documents.
Potential solution:Somehow enable USB-debugging and use Vysor to control the phone via my PC and get the documents or use some tool to extract files through commands.
So far I've gotten none the wiser and reached multiple dead ends through googling, I'm very new to this. I downloaded flashtool64 which detects my phone so if flashing would be required that would be possible, I don't really know what flashing does - was hoping it might enable debugging by default. I also tried ADB, installed the drivers and everything, but it doesn't detect my phone, I also couldn't find any helpful commands through googling.
Anyone with some serious expertise in this area that can help me? :good:

Any ways to backup data from a locked phone ?!

hello everyone ..
I'm trying to access my phone with correct password but i found that work profile is enabled with different lock screen password i didn't set any work profiles before when i searched for that problem i found that using cloned apps make work profile to be enabled automatically
Now my phone is locked with an important data on it So, I really do hope there is a way to get access to those data. And I'd be extremely grateful if someone could help me out with this.
There are many tools for this purpose available for windows and the most common way is by adb tools
Busybox with su might be an option?
can you explain the method i have no experience with that
hello everyone..
when trying to remove the screenlock the phone suddenly crach and restarted when the phone opens again it tells me to enter the pattern which i already removed with a notification on lockscreen says ''some functionality may be limited tap to unlock work profile'' now i can't access my phone and factory reset is not an option.
need help please
factory reset is your only option
