Question Admin: Different forums for different models - Lenovo P11

Would it be possible to have different forums for the different models J716, J706 and J606? It is really confusing now ...

+1 this idea!

+1
its really confusing to find any specific content.

P12 Pro inside P11 forums? Hahaha!
P12 Pro (TB-Q706F) must to have own branch!

Can you separate the section of the Lenovo Tab P12 Pro (TB-Q706F) from the Tab P11?

I have all three Lenovo Yoga Tablets 8 inch ( first gen and then tab 2 & tab 3) root?
I have read various articles. But these tablets lag! I love the size, the feel, the shape I really want to keep them.. But they are laggy! ( not talking about internet problems) If they can be rooted can android lollipop 5.0 or higher be placed on them? Lastly.. I am horrible with electronics.. Can I pay someone to root them for me? -thanks!

Greetings,
Thank you for using XDA Assist.
First, please create an XDA account so you can post in the other forums.
Then I suggest you use the XDA Search feature and use this as your search term:
'Lenovo Yoga root" (without quotes)
You will see there are several options available. There are also specific forums for each model so perhaps narrow your search by each specific model you have.
You won't have to pay for it either.
Good luck and welcome to XDA!

Looking for the Lenovo Tab3 8 forum... is one not made yet?

Hi, maybe I overlooked the forums & search results but I can't find a forum for the Tab3 8 tablets... so is a forum just not made yet or have I overlooked something? I snagged one from walmart yesterday, apparently fresh from a June launch it looks like...

Organizing Threads

Would it be possible to have all threads organized for specific devices? For example. I have a ZTE Axon 7 A2017U. They make a A2017 and A2017G. I feel that if subdivisions were made for specific devices it would cause less confusion on procedures specified for a specific device. For example... When I click on ZTE Axon 7 thread..3 subdivisions need to pop up for the model numbers A2017U A2017 and A2017G.. and when you click on your perspective model it would have all of the normal stuff. Currently all models and methods for rooting and such are listed as "Generic". While most Devs will specify what it works on. It reduces confusion when people are talking about 2 or 3 different model phones in 1 discussion. It can get confusing and while more threads would be made to accommodate it...it would be specifically dedicated to a particular model. Just a thought though.

Which stylus compatible with ASUS Z Stylus?

Hi all,
I bought a ZenPad 3s 10 LTE (Z500KL) but it seems that the Asus Z Stylus is not available any more.
https://www.asus.com/us/Tablet-Accessory/ASUS_Z_Stylus/
Do you know of any compatible active stylus that could be used instead?
Thanks a lot for help!

I found these web pages with interesting informations:

http://hardware.hdblog.it/2015/06/17/asus-zenpad-z-stylus-hanvon/
but still no clue about what compatible stylus is available on the market.

Please bump that thread rather than creating a further 2 duplicate threads, I'm closing this one up and have deleted the other
Thanks for understanding

Mediatek Dimensity 1200 has open resource architecture so there would be no issues at all in any of these devices with the chipset.
Even Xda isn't allocated forum for F3 Gt then there is no hope for custom rom development

Seriously, I don't recognise the connection between custom ROM development (or the start of it) and the availability of a dedicated device forum. On XDA you find many development for devices that don't have their own device forum. If there's no developemtn for a device it must have other reasons then the lack of a device forum.
Exactly my point. Nord 2 released same day as f3 gt has a forum. Also x3 gt released later than f3 gt has a forum . Don't know what problem devs have with f3 gt

Yeh totally, he might not be aware of development process but that's really not the point of this post. We just need it's own forum.

Issue is in the minds of people who just run away after hearing mediatek name.
Heck, I even heard someone saying "mediatek doesn't suit me". Is it a clothing item, that it doesn't suits you?

I so agree with you. Now that almost every brand including OnePlus, Samsung and Nokia are using these mediatek processors, I wonder why people would behave like that.
Are the people at xda sleeping ? It has been 20 days since phone released still no forum.
Please. Make a vote in this thread for Poco F3 GT forum.
Not all smartfones have forum in xda and never will have. For example many realme devices like realme 7 5g, realme 8 5g ...
in opposition to poco m3 pro 5g or redmi note 10 5g (all are very similar ).
If no users of device, no forum here.

I think you need to research. Poco f3 gt and nord 2 were probably most hyped phones in last quarter and many users have purchased the F3 Gt. And by many i mean huge numbers. it is still quite popular and many folks comments on new device forum requests page to add that phone forum. But xda seems to be sleeping
yes dimensity 1200 has become open source ( oneplus nord 2) but no custum rom yet
I have the realme gt neo (dimensity 1200)
Alas some shady deal going on lol
