BS4Pro (CN ROM) does have it by default. Exactly like the one you posted

Can anyone extract instant messaging applications from 2.02 ROM?
Also, some screenshots and mini review of Google Talk would be very nice. I'd like to know how are notifications handled (esp. in standby) and if it supports voice call or even file sending.

Hey guys, I just updated my rom to the latest official MIUI 13 which was supposed to add the miui+ feature to non chinese roms (my region is Europe), but for some reason I'm unable to find the option in the settings.

Your Note is a single SIM, right? Does not have dual SIM slot?
