How did you get this boot image file?
Did you update your device using recovery rom and then extracted the boot image file?

i got it from the new miui china released with android 11, i rly need to install magisk, i got it from the official recovery release here: https://bigota.d.miui.com/V12.5.0.2.RCDCNXM/miui_DANDELION_V12.5.0.2.RCDCNXM_5fa66df2f2_11.0.zip

Wow, nice. Other recovery releases does NOT come with boot.img.
I suggest you to NEVER use another patcher than the official MAGISK APP.
Only MAGISK APP is totally safe and secure to you.
If you want, you can patch it manually using the official magisk app too.
I've patched it and updated with the patched boot.img to the thread too. Enjoy
Remember to flash any patched vbmeta too:

You can flash ANY patched vbmeta to ANY mediatek device.
Just choice one and flash it.

No, you do NOT need TWRP.
Yes, you need unlocked bootloader.
If you want to minimize the risk, just backup your data first and then do your tests.

LK images for Android 10, does NOT work on Android 11.
You don't need another LK, everything you need to do is keep the stock LK and keep trying any recovery project:

Use magisk delta with the hide list is much better than magisk
