Cannot connect Oppo Find x2 Neo to Windows 10 laptop - OPPO Find X2 Neo Questions & Answers

Hi Guys
Has anyone had any success connecting to a windows laptop? Have enabled developer options and USB debugging etc. Laptop makes the usual usb connection noise but nothing else happens. Not even picking the phone up in device manager.
I scoured the internet, seems it's a common problem on the Oppo site.

Problem with USB connection Samsung SGH-i780

Hello,
I have a problem with a connecting my SGH-i780 to PC. I have a german version BHHF1. When I connect it to PC, the PC don't recognize it. I try all settings in Connetion menu but nothing help. When I try start it in emergency mode, it connect it, but can not recognize it. I installed modem drivers and ActiveSync software but nothing help. I use Mirage and press detect in emergency mode, but nothing help.
Man i am having exactly the same problem with this friends phone, there i go trying to show off, I'm like "sure I can fix your phone I know all about that stuff'...yeah right, I can not even get the pc to recognize the i780.
The pc does see that something is there because it makes the usb connect chime, it just does not recognize and fails.
Could it have something to do with the phone being from Holland (that is where this woman is from and she is so hot and what a accent) because I do not know what to do....help....please!
help please
please can anyone helþ?
I got the same problem too, but looking at this thread not many people are facing the problem i feel and have you found an answer yet?
As this is an HTC devices only forum you won´t get too much atention.
However in off topic there is a thread regarding samsung, or try one of this options:

Where to go? USB Storage problem in FRX07.1

I'm new here.....but i looked everywhere, without a post that answer my question.
Since i can not post in the developer forum, but i'm very happy with this issue about "android on a windows mobile phone" i will be bref.
2 problmes i have in my touch diamond (DIAM100 but in the back it said that the model is DIAM110).
1. USB storage problem: Seems that my device cannot conect to a PC, although the computer "detects" the storage device in linux (mint for the moment), i cannot access the storage in my cellphone, in windows the storage is not detected at all.
2. Wireless networking is a bit rare with my phone, since detects many access points but not the one in my house, it is note here that My PSP and 2 Laptops detects my wireless network while the phone can't.
Thats all, for now for the USB thing i have to reset to windows mobile to impor foles to my cellphone, but i would like to do it directly on xdandriod (even picking the USB icon and activating the USB storage does nothing).
ok, i know that this could be to mutch to ask, but i would be very gratefull if someone can help me with those isues.
Thanks.......

Problem with Windows 8.1 USB

When I connect my Nexus 5 to USB on Windows 8.1 the menu will come up showing connected as storage device, but it does not connect. The power flickers on and off so with the sound off you hear annoying beeping on and off. I have no problem with Windows 7. I tried another HTC phone I have and had the same issue. So I can't even get it to recognize in device manager. I've done a few searches, but haven't really found a solution. I know there are USB issues with Windows 8.1 where they power down and I've seen that happen on a external hard drive and speakers. Any possible solutions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
John

Just in case. Have you looked under "this PC" on the computer?
And is the phone on MTP mode on the notification bar?

[Completed] [Q] LG G2 PC doesn't detect USB connection

I have tried on several computers, different ports and no help.
On the first connection to a PC not connected before windows reports "USB device not recognized" problem.
After that every time I connect the phone to the same computer the phone itself only recognizes that it is using USB charging mode, it does not recognize the computer connection (known by the USB icon on android system tray) even with "Ask upon connection option checked".
I have tried downloading Drivers for the G2 but still it didn't work.
And no computer seems to detect it.
Even when I manualy change the Android mode in Settings --> PC Connection from MTP to PTP or even LG software, nothing happens.
Definitely there seems to be a problem with the phone, but I don't believe it's a software but a firmware problem.
Please help if anyone knows what to do.
(I've already posted a similar thread, but I've forgotten to check it and it's closed now. Sorry for about that)
