Incremental MIUI OTA:
Due to recent changes in stock MIUI, you must not disable DM-Verity when flashing a stock MIUI ROM that is based on either Android Pie, or Android 10 (the relevant option in OrangeFox is now unticked by default). If you disable DM-Verity, incremental MIUI OTA updates will definitely not work (the incremental OTA update will fail, and you will need to flash the MIUI ROM afresh, without disabling DM-Verity).

There a setting with dm verity in the recovery itself. Also magisk? Pretty cool. Already flashed magisk so I'll wait to try it next time flash. But so far I like it.

Coming from Stock OOS with TWRP and Magisk 20.4., can I simply flash the PBRP Zip in TWRP and thats it? Or do I have to reflash Magisk after that? Is there any possibility that the storage is encrypted (not available in Recovery) after that?

Flash simply from 3.4.0.0 then flash magisk like usually you made, this recovery have some good features to flash it directly without have the file on your memory simply at the end of the installation with volume buttons or from his features.

This Recovery is Great! I love the Way it looks. It feels more modern, Love the Tools option. Can't wait for Themes to be available...

Issues faced so far:
1.Encryption is not supported by this ROM, had to Format Data to install it.
2. Google Restore Setup wizard keeps crashing when I tried to restore data via cloud, to resolve the issue I had to install NikGapps Basic + PixelSetupWizard addon.
3. Style & Wallpaper package is missing and you would be stuck with OP's choice of theme only.
4. Icon pack support is there but whenever I tried to apply an icon pack, the launcher is adding padding to the icons to make it look circular, no option to set Icon Type to default.
Will be able to comment on battery and charging after couple of days of usage.

1. As mentioned in the installation Steps You need to wipe /data .
2. Flash '20210201' build from Sourceforge.

thank you for the rom, i really like it.
one issue i faced so far:
i am not able to shut the phone down.
not matter if i choose shutdown or restart, the phone automatically turns on again.

Thank you for the new build.
However, wiping /data (partition) and Format Data are two different things which was not clear from the instructions.

I can't install the Magisk zip file from the Magisk manager!
It's because my phone reboots even after shutdown.
Is there any solution to that?

I need to root my phone ASAP!

No issues here using latest magisk
kindly share boot logs when it keeps rebooting will check!!

Update your recovery to the latest version

Hello Devolopers I am using this rom on My redmi 3s (2gb). The previous version rom was so smooth and It had no charging issue but I yesterday installed latest 4.1 build and my device charging shows " charging Slowly" it wont charge not a % for like hour
please help me with this

Thank you ! I just installed it today the last version WaveOS_land-R-v4.3-20210418-2015-OFFICIAL-signed on my Redmi 3s land and it working pretty well, no battery draining !
For futures update do I have to flash the new update (like a fresh install)? Or I will have the update through the OS (in update section) ?

There is no OTA Updater as of now, you can try dirty flashing updates but if any issues occur kindly do clean flash
