just use root explorer and delete any app from the list all the mentioned ones can be eliminated without problems or risks

when i deblot all the apps ,my oppo smart watch is not detected by wearos app, in the bluetooth devices the watch is shown, can anyone tell me in this apps which apps is getting this issue, i tried to retain these apps bluetoothmidiservice, bluetoothtest,GearManagerStub,GpuWatchApp but not working

My Glaxy A31 Debloat Command
Keep almost useful feature like EdgeLigtning, Edge Panel, Samsung Capture, Dobly Atmos,
Remove some stubs like: Galaxy Store, Galaxy Theme

Now the fingerprint are not working!!!

what are the names of music share packages and continuing work in applications on other devices?

Debloating Google TTS is the worst mistake ever

I have a few questions:, I was playing with Universal Android Debloat and the following apps are listed as not-recommended to remove:

[APP PORT] CM DSP for Galaxy S4

I just got the I9506 and coming from a CM powered phone one of the things I missed was the DSP Manager app. So, I decided to port it to the S4. All you have to do is to copy the files in the zip to their proper locations in the phone with a rooted file manager and set the permissions to RW-R-R
Sorry, it is NOT a flashable zip as I do not have a custom ROM installed to test it, you'll have to move the files manually.
If you encounter any problems let me know.
I STRONGLY SUGGEST to back up the files before replacing them with the new ones....
This has been tested and working on a I9506 with stock ROM (4.3), but should work on other 4.3 ROMS and maybe also on 4.2 or 4.4. Test and let me know.
* If your phone dies doing this I'm not responsible
** I just edited some config files, the REAL WORK is from CM team.
*** This has been done for my personal use, I'm not looking for fame and/or glory, just sharing in case it is useful to anybody else
Have you tried Viper4Android? A lot more features than the standard DSP application.

Is an app that adds a number of sound effects and let's you set specific sound EQ values depending on the output (Headset, Loudspeaker, Bluetooth). If you have a custom recovery do a nandroid and test it... I think it should work

Fair enough, what you're comfortable with is the most important thing. But just to point out that it's very similar in terms of UI it just has a lot of additional options for tweaking the sound. I strongly suggest you try it and see if you like it. You can certainly get a better sound out of it than a plain DSP app. It's absolutely essential for anyone who uses their phone as a music player in my view.
Works fine on i9500. Not works on stock music app. thank you

How to get as close to stock Android(Nexus) as possible but still keep functions!

I've been looking for a stock Android ROM for the s7 edge but the two roms Nyssa and KryxOS had too many issues and we're unstable. (Nyssa ROM development has also been cut short)
So im making this tutorial for those who want Nexus but still want GearVR and stability! And FYI this ROM is ODEXED.
Step 1)
Download a ROM called BasicPlus 4.5 (or any latest BasicPlus)
Step 2)
Wipe phone internal/system/delvik/etc in TWRP
Step 3) install BasicPlus ROM
Step 4)
Download Nexus conversion pack zip file and install it through TWRP
Step 5)
Download titanium backup and remove any Samsung apps you don't want
Step 6)
Enjoy

Why do you want to get close to Stock Android (Nexus)? I personally feel, that Samsung TouchWiz UI is already better than Stock Android. Stock Android is just vanilla with poor breed of softwares like Camera.

In this you still keep the stock Samsung camera but things like the phone, messaging app, gallery, etc all change to google. Also you're pull down menu and settings menu is unchanged stays the same as stock TouchWiz, so it's a mix kind of and it's very nice if you're looking for stock Android but still keep main Samsung functions
daaamn that's tempting.. i still didn't lost my warranty so hasitating.. but vanilla look with samsung apps.. that's like dreams come true for me

I used the ROM BasicPlus because it's very light and in aroma you can remove anything Samsung and it will still run flawlessly! When I installed basic plus I only had 8-9 apps (phone, calculator, google play store, etc) I even removed the internet browser. It's pretty much an empty ROM with amazing features but you choose everything! Hope who ever tries it gives some feedback
Any screenshot please after conversation to nexus

If you want security updates you can flash them if I'm not mistaken but over all these isn't anything new that's necessarily "experience" changing that's worth an update. This ROM works and it's flawless so far, to that I say, to each his own. If you have any ROM suggestions id gladly look at them!

There is a debloat script that remove all the bloat apps that samsung has: http://forum.xda-developers.com/s7-edge/themes/samsung-galaxy-s7-s7-edge-bloat-list-t3359654
So i think it doesnt matter what rom you install, and therefor i think we dosent have to stick with Basic rom beacase it has removeble script in the aroma installer. We can install any rom and use this script.
What do you think?

I agree with you completely, but I mentioned basic plus because that's what I used and it worked. I didn't use this process with any other ROM so I didn't want to risk an error happening to any user who reads this. Either way, appreciate your input.

[Guide][6.0.1/7.0] 10 Hours of Screen On Time + Extreme Privacy

**Root access required**
This guide will enhance your privacy and take your battery life to the next level.
We will be replacing Google Cloud Messaging and Play Services with microG which is an open-source alternative. It strips identifying data and only sends basic info such as account name to Google while anonymizing the rest. Privacy-caring users can reduce or monitor data that is sent to Google and users can expect some battery life improvements. Find more about it here.
1. Uninstall all Google apps from system except GooglePackageInstaller, GoogleExtServices & GoogleExtShare. Reboot. Make sure these apps have been removed:
Code:
Phonesky/Play Store
Google Services Framework
Gsmcore/Play Services
Velvet, Chrome, Youtube, Sync Adaptors, Backup Transport
All other pre-installed/downloaded Google Apps
2. Uninstall all Google Apps installed as user apps in Settings/Applications. At this point you should not have any Google applications installed.
3. Download microG Services Core & GsfProxy. Install them as user apps.
4. Now we need a Play Store. Install Fake Store from here to fulfill this requirement and use Yalp Store [ open-source Play Store ] for downloading applications.
5. You also need Signature Spoofing. Use either method below and reboot:
(a) If you have Xposed, use this module.
(b) If you are on Nougat and have a deodexed rom then use this guide to enable signature spoofing.
6. Go to Settings and grant all permissions to microG. Open microG and enable Google device registration & Cloud Messaging respectively. Use Self-Check to make sure everything looks good.
7. For location services to work with high accuracy, download an open-source location backend e.g Mozilla and enable it in microG Settings. Reboot.
8. Add a Google account through device settings.
9. Done! You can now install any applications [Google/Non-Google]
FAQs
Q. Why is it not working?
A. Are you sure you rebooted? Did you remove GAPPS? OK. Now, ask!

[Root] SPenBoardSwitcher 3.4 - Changing keyboards depending on the S-Pen Position

Note: The application requires root to work.
A brief description of the application's capabilities and features:
Have you ever wanted to use a certain keyboard for normal use, and a different one for the S-Pen! This will ease your life.
- When the service is running, the pen's position is detected and the keyboard is switched to the pre-defined one.
- The service runs quietly. No popups, no interventions.

Changelog:
V3.4
- Rewritten application. No longer requires a special installer, just install regularly or from the play store and give it root permission.
V3.3
-Improved installer by writing main application directly to /system/ instead of extracting to storage and then moving it.
-Added installation support on marshmallow
V3.2
-Added dynamic installation which will help this application get installed on many devices without any problems
-Added support for jellybean and kitkat devices.
-Should work on Note 2, 3, 4 and 5 and other S-Pen devices now without any problems (all variants, only N910F note 4 variant was tested, please give feedback)
V3.1
-Rewrote the installer. Installer is much more reliable now.
-Rewrote the service from scratch up. No notification, and uses very little power since it only runs when the pen state changes.
-Removed Learning/Static modes because I thought they were redundant.

It needs root access because the "default_input_method" setting is a secure setting, which only system level applications can change.

I thought so. But luckily for you, you don't need root access to change that value. Just WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS which you can instruct someone to grant via ADB. Just like this app: https://www.xda-developers.com/keyb...utomatically-switches-keyboards-without-root/

The application already does this automatically - it grants itself WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS by using root. I'll look into your suggestion of giving a root-free version where the user grants the permission through adb. Thanks for the info!
No problem. It would become a useful app for a far larger group of people if it doesn't need root!

The stock AOSP dialer has call recording built-in on many custom ROMs such as lineage. I'm not sure if the current release of a lineage has it, but I know it has been there in the past. The APK is available on APK mirror but it typically has to be installed as a system app for everything to work correctly. If it's not available there are several versions of the stock dialer that have it integrated that can be installed either over the pre-installed one. If it can't be installed over the pre-installed dialer you'll have to find a way to disable signature verification in order to install it. You could always root to do this and then remove root after you've replaced the app. As far as Google dialer goes the only way I'm aware of is the xposed module that adds call recording.
Here. Make it your default dialer and grant all permissions.

No call recording using stock unrooted OS.

I'm wondering if anyone knows of a custom ROM for the Pixel 7 Pro that enables call recording without the need for rooting.

Graphene OS offers call recording without root, I haven't read through this thread to see if anyone else answered with this...if so, sorry for the duplicate answer

You made it the default dialer and granted it all permissions and disabled your other dialer? It won't show up until it is set as the default
I thought you mentioned looking for a custom ROM that could use call recording without root? Lineage does, I just flashed the latest version a day ago and it's there. Most of the ROMs that don't replace the stock dialer with Google's dialer have it. For example the latest test build of CR Droid which doesn't have integrated gapps has it as long as you flash mind the gapps

Yes, it does show up but unfortunately does not record.
