how do I factory reset it because I've tried that I could and it's not going through

If it's been remotely locked, that means that the actual owner of the device has lost it somehow and you need to make sure it is returned to the rightful owner...
Circumventing FRP/remote lock on a lost or stolen device is not something we deal with on XDA.

Grabbed my mom's phone and found this... I don't know what it is, never heard of it... Tried to search, no luck.
Also, I already pulled battery and phone started up fine... Just curious what this is and why or how this came up...

Sorry, this is not possible. There's no way unless you have the login details. if you're the original owner of the device, Apple might be able to help you. otherwise, it's impossible to bypass this.
Oh and we don't support or discuss Apple products on XDA

Why I cannot root my ZTE Z981 Tmobile Phone

Hi, I am having a lot of trouble rooting my ZTE Z981 Tmobile Phone. I have tried at least 5 apps to do the rooting they all keep failing. I have enabled debugging and also disabled other suggested programs that can hinder the root process. Can someone please suggest what could be wrong. Thanks

Pixel 2 is critically unlocked but unable to normal unlock

I have OEM unlocking and USB debugging both enabled.
IMEI starts with 35, ex verizon?
If that's true how can it be critically unlocked?
What can I do?
I have looked for hours and can't find anyone with this same issue.
