hi guy!
i bought 5 days ago a china-phone dualsim HZT S810.
it's a good phone but is very difficult to find custom rom. i have alredy rooted my phone and i also installed CW recovery.
at the moment this phone has a Cyanogen rom. I'd like to install a MIUI rom; anybody can help me to do it?

If you are looking for a MIUI rom your best bet is to go to the miui site. My best advise would be to search the internet as most roms are not for China based dual Sim phones.

I would check the MIUI site as no development for those roms are done here due to GPL violations. All the roms here are only translations

Get ahold of the OEM and have them release the kernel source code and see what they say

Who makes the phone? They are the only ones that can release the source code for the kernel. And under the GPL they have to release it.

Something that would be nice is to write on this "thread" all the things we do on this device (installation, rooting and improving)

The device has froyo 2.2, but it's a bad version, no imarket, no well managed language, etc....
I've been able to root with z4root, and I need some basic rom, clean 2.2 or 2.2.1, to replace the original one.
The Acer beTouch E210 has the same processor and similar basic characteristics.
I appreciate any ideas, experiences, ....

All ideas are welcome, the chinese device isn't important, the really important is the challenge, : for 40$ get a mobile fully operative, upgradable and 100% compatible.

Recovery is : VolUP + Call + Reject(power) then wait until you see the droid. Then press call again.
Problem is how do you upgrade the firmware.

let me check it in about 8 hours when I'm on home, I see that if works that link will create some files, then I doesn't know how you will put that on phone, because I not find any driver that works on the a810, I not sure if flashtool or some tool can connect to this a810 with some driver, but at least I will dump rom and put on some file sharing site if can regards

Its simple actually,
Open the settings, by clicking the "gear" icon, scroll down to
“语言和输入”
This is a blue coloured icon with A and three dots below the A. "A..."
Choose the FIRST option and then choose English.

Through the years I have flashed my Note 3, bricked it, recovered it... etc. All with your help.
So to my question. I have a ZTE zxv10-B860A top-set box. I live in China currently and got it with my internet package. The problem is, it is all in Chinese. As my searches have gone, I can gather that it runs Android 5, and Cortex A9 processor.
I have searched high and low, but with no success. I want to basically flash the little sucker and load a working English version of Android on it, then run Kodi etc.
If anyone can please point me in the right direction.

I recommend you try the tool stb(I cannot post outside links, please mail to me, or search for it yourself), you can connect the box with adb shell through this tool. if you want do more you have to use the TTL tools because the box has so many restrictions.
the tool's full name is : StbCfgTool, the newest version is 7.5.8

need ZTE ZXV10 B760D firmware
Bumping this thread, if anyone knows or has stock rom for ZTE ZXV10 B760D kindly do share.
Update: i was able to connect using STB_ConfigTool and installed one apk using adb. but for reason the app can't access internet (although its connected)
The android version is 4.0.4 so i am assuming it has something todo with the branded firmware, maybe flashing another firmware would help.
Recently, I bought a X96 Mate TVBox. The first problem I have is that I can't find the stock firmware.
Does anyone have this firmware?
Do you know about any alt firmware?
I have noticed that it shares characteristics with T95 Allwinner H616 and Tanix Tx6S. What would happen if I installed the firmware for these devices on my TVBox?
EDIT: I got the stock firmware. If anyone improve (custom) or get a new version of this firmware , you'll tell me please.

from reading other replies here, not from personal experience, if you flashed another devices rom your original remote will cease to work and you might have Wi-Fi or Bluetooth issues.
there are far too many Allwinner based devices with very similar model numbers / names. just to be safe I'd get some hardware and system reading apps to make sure you definitely have a H616 processor.
At the end, i could get stock firmware through my seller. If anyone need it, you could ask me about it.

It is supposed to have a h616 processor and this is confirmed by aida64.

but front display gone!! (no need that)
If you want custom rom with root and update 2020.10.21 the room fully working its better then stock some memory optimization was done .
Flash with PhoenixSuit_V1.10
First change language from russian to english and then connect to the internet run magisk tv box will reboot
