Headphones Mode Error - LG G7 ThinQ ROMs, Kernels, Recoveries, & Other De

Um yeah so at first my phone was on android 8 and it seems like the phone was working normally when i plugged in the headphones and plugged out it still connect and reconnect (like any other phones). But the problem began when i got it to android 10 (I'm using the US version so I use the KR android 10 ROM) after getting to android 10 it always said that headphones is connected eventhough it isn't. When i plugged them in there is sound but when i plugged it out it's just complete silence. (I have try cleaning eventhough it isn't dirty,I also try replacing it with a new jack 3.5mm yet no luck,I'm scared that it's a mainboard problem)

[Q] ahhh ! headphone adapter issue !!

since my work was kind enough to block XM, i now have to stream on my phone... now all last week i used the adapter that came with the phone, plugged my headphones in, plugged the charger in, and listened to XM all day (while keeping a frozen lunch on it to keep it cool enough to actually charge...). This morning i plugged in the adapter, plugged in my headphones and the audio comes out of the speaker, if i unplug the charger from the adapter... the audio comes from the headphones. I havent changed any settings over the weekend so i have no clue how this happened, any ideas how to fix it ? im running one of the newer energy roms if that helps ?
this sucks !

When using a MHL HDMI adapter I get no mobile network

I bought a pioneer x8500 stereo for my car with an HDMI output. I purchased what looks like an official MHL adapter on Amazon for $28. Each time I plug the cable into the Pioneer I completely lose all mobile data, I cannot even make or receive phone calls and have a circle with a line through it in the notification bar. I can see my screen on the headunit and do everything, even use Wi-fi but no mobile data, which is really important! When I unplug it I get it all back. I tried the MHL on a TV using the HDMI and I can see the screen same as on the pioneer but still no network until I unplug it.
I have a SCH-i545 rooted S4 running 4.3. Kernel 3.4.0. SE for Android status is enforcing. I had the verizon antivirus installed but removed it. I don't know if its something on my phone preventing the connections or the adapter is defective.
I have tried everything I can think of, even wrapping the adapter in tinfoil but nothing helps. I have a Garmin external GPS plugged in below the stereo and the satellite loses its signal when this is plugged in. It may be a coincidence but I have never had that happen before.

I have the red cord if that makes sense. (It was cheaper and was supposed to work but never did). You have the bpx looking one correct? Little white/red/whatever. Do you plug the power in on it? Try switching how you plug it into power.. i.e first plug in adapter count to 10 or 20 then phone. Or plug in all at oonce and radio last.. Just throwing things out there that i've seen on reviews from otherbuyers of em

I bought a genuine Samsung adapter and it was heavier and packaged different than the samsung one that I sent back to Amazon, it works fine now. It even charges my phone using a USB cable plugged into a cigarette lighter adapter. My other car adapter kept making the HDMI cutout and I think it just didn't have enough power. I am still trying to learn and get tasker to work properly and so far I am able to start up my music player and then launch Waze on the phone so I have GPS and Music on the big screen. I also use screenstandby so the phone screen saves power. On the radio side I have Mixtrax working with a 32GB mircosd card plugged into a USB stick, (that took a while to figure out because it DOES NOT work with apple) an 16GB SD card with Movies, my160GB Ipod with songs, Audiobooks and Mixtrax EZ, a DVD in the player and my phone for pandora via bluetooth but when I use Pandora I have to reconnect AVliberator. I wish I could have Waze working from my phone and my Ipod music player through the speakers. As soon as I get it all working perfectly I am going to do a video tutorial for those that had my same issues but no where to figure out how to solve them. I have a parking brake bypass switch installed that I have to click everytime I launch the phone so I can view the screen.

HTC U11 charger and wired earphones connection issue

My charger and headphones were not getting recognized by mobile, and only charged when turned off. I got the charge port replaced and still same issue, so while the phone was off and charging, i turned it on and it seemed to continue charging, and the same can be done for the headphones, turn it off connect it and then turn it on and the phone recognises the headphone and same with connection to pc. Why is that? its a software issue can some one explain . I factory rested and still no change
Strange issue. It sounds like something else wrong, maybe a motherboard.
turn it off connect it and then turn it on and the phone recognises the headphone and same with connection to pc.

How do I know if my headphone port is broken or not?

Device - Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge
So just an hour ago, I decided to plug in the headphones and listen to some songs. To my surprise, the headphones didnt work. The phone couldnt detect the headphones. I tried to plug the headphones on other devices and it works flawlessly. I even tried plugging a different pair of headphones to my phone but that didnt work either.
I recently flashed an S9 Rom (S9 rom by Killswitch) and then I was messing around with the substratum theme engine.
The headphones worked when I plugged them like 2 hours ago and I didnt even drop my phone.
I just wanna make sure this isnt a software issue which can be easily fixed.
P.S. Does anyone have an idea how much it costs to get the headphone port repaired if it comes to that?
Thanks.

Update : I installed an app called Lesser AudioSwitch. I set the audio output through headphones and bam! The headphones started to work flawlessly! Then I switched to speakers, speakers worked as they are supposed to then again switched to headphones. They worked. I am convinced that this is a software issue. What do I do? Please help.

Pixel 3 doesn't recognize any usb-c device.

Hi everyone i'm facing this problem since july now, the issue is that the pixel 3 usb-c port works only with charge and nothing else, that means it doesn't work with pixel buds, doesn't work with other headphones with jack adapter, no OTG devices work, and finally PC connection wont work either.
I've tried everything possible from cleaning the port to factory resetting the phone, with no results.
Online there are few google forum threads about the problem but without any fix, so i've tried to RMA from google but even if i have still warranty, i should have paid 106€ cause my back glass cover is broken. Since i didn't want to pay that much to fix the back i bought the usb-c port replacement and i fixed it myself, i thought it would have fix it but surprisingly it didn't and i have still the same issue so working charge but no any other usb-c connection.
At this far i'm thinking it's a software problem but even Android 11 with last october patch didn't solved it , still the same: usb preferences greyed out when connecting to a PC ( tried different PC: Windows 10, Windows 7 and even Linux) same result.
Update:
I have more evidences which lead to this point, a few days ago i tried to connect my Pixel C to the laptop to transfer some files and it is suddenly showing the same problem of the Pixel 3, i have to state that the Pixel C was running an Android 9 ROM so it fits perfectly in all the reported issues about it precisely that the problem pops out since Android 9 and there seems not to be any fix for this even in the last Android 11 patch.
I also started getting the same issue. Maybe I didn't notice for a long time because I was using a Bluetooth headset for a long time. And today when I checked, it was not working for me. Charging works and pc connection is also okay for the moment. Surprised to see no one has responded to this.
This happened to me every now and then. I was able to clear it by turning USB debugging on (under developer options) then connecting it to my laptop. Unplugged it and turned USB debugging back off.
