I am wondering if anyone can help out advising on adapters for this phone that actually is compatible? I bought a Terratec Connect C100 but when I plug it in my phone states in a notification that the adapter isn't compatible..
The manufacturer states it is an adapter compatible for phones and tablets with charging capacity for up to 60W but still I'm given a no-go with it. It seems like Asus don't manufacture such adapters themselves so I'd like to know your ideas on it!

Says it's for the iPad pro but usb c so it should work for us also. May order it tonight and post a review if I do.
I got the otterbox defender with the clip. I've always gotten one for every one of my phones and never had an issue or broken screen.

I'm sure it works on most phones out there. It works on my buddies iPhone 5 and that's how many years old
I had seen a couple threads where someone said they had a DisplayLink adapter working with a Pixel. I don't remember which model specifically, but I think it was a Pixel 1 or 2. I didn't try it myself because the adapter isn't cheap, but maybe now I'll have to look into it again.

What's the best way to connect a mic to the OP 7?
Tried to connect a Rode pro mic with a trs cable to my OP 7 then tried the dji usb c to trs adapter I own, but no luck. Have a trrs to trs cable but no joy with the dji adapter either.
Next trying usb c to trrs female then a trrs to split trs for gaming
Will it work, or is there another option?

I was able to connect most of my mics to OP7.
I use Gcam 6.1+ version IIRC and choose external mic.
My setup is:
usb c >jack adapter
trss trs Y split
Just this is enough for my rode videomic pro
and sometimes, when it does not work I add a mixer/di box or whatever
It looks like Edge 2021 supports USB-C analog out.
Moto Z3 headphones adapter works.
For what it's worth, these also work well with the Edge 2021. Just confirming for anyone who doesn't have a spare USB C dongle handy.
