Why the LATEST?
If you have a read of this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=432482 which compares WM 6.0 vs WM 6.1 on the Kaiser, you may rethink your choice to go for the latest. The official HTC ROMs both WM 6.0 and 6.1 in different languages have download links from the wiki page. Note that the SEA (South East Asia) ROM differs to the WWE ROM even though both are in English so if it's just a good reliable combination that you want for use in Europe (rather than the SEA region), then the versions in my sig fit the bill.

Baseband Version
I actually have a different baseband version than the topic starter.
Mine is: 62.33.20.08H_1.22.12.29
I noticed that the JF Updater is telling me there is an update available. Will this correct it? Should I do it at all?

Edit: I applied that update and now I'm on the same Baseband. Good to know I'm up to date.
For some reason, my baseband won't update from 1.22.14.11 to 1.22.12.29. I ran the recovery mode several times and even tried wiping the phone (thank you Nandroid and this thread for restore capability). The phone gets that image that has the curved arrow pointing at the card and reboots into recovery mode (I already know to simply press Home and Back) and my baseband's still 1.22.14.11. What am I doing wrong?
The only thing you're doing wrong is expecting a newer update.... lol
1.22.14.11 IS the latest radio... 12.29 would be a lower version.

I've just updated my ADP1 with the official 1.1 firmware ( http://www.htc.com/www/support/android/adp.html ).
It seems that it has a newer android build with a newer kernel than the most recent JF.

Here are the file you requested. There're several differents keyboards, do you know what file to look at to know what's the keychars being use?

Just add download + the models you have and you will find a lot of websites that can help you download the latest firmware.
