Is there a car charger that can charge at full speed? - OnePlus 8T Questions & Answers

Tried googling it but couldn't find any, just the 30 watt oneplus charger which obviously doesn't charge the 8t at full speed.
Are there any others?

I think 30Watt in car is fast enough. I ordered a OnePlus 30W car charger

It can do USB-PD at 30W. You don't need a special car charger to get decent speeds.

The Warp 65 watts is actually 10V 6.5A

And to be clear: there is no 65 watt car charger yet and anything on the market that claims to be one is not warp charge certified.

Should be possible though, right?
I have a convertor to 220v and it's 150 watt in my car.

I see in your future a small explosion...followed by flames and choking smoke...as your 8t melts before your eyes.
Enough is never enough anymore. Or is it: Too much and Never Enough!

[Q] 5w car charger enough?

I am looking to purchase one "original" car charger for the Nexus 5, since LG do not have retails around here, thought of going for the Samsungs. Found out that Samsung have two car chargers, one for 5w and another one for 10w, the 10w one is almost twice as expensive.
Is the 5w one enough? Or should I get the 10w one?
Yes, it's enough. The 5W charger = 1A. Since the wall charger that came with your nexus is 1.2A, you'll notice that it will charge slightly slower than it does when you plug it in at home, but still way faster than USB.
9 watts at least.
Less just wont charge,The phone will just discharge slower.

The A/C adapter that comes with the Nexus 5 is only a 6W charger, so that can't be true.
This is from my experience bro.
Do not forget that watt=volt*amp (5 volts * 2.0 amp=10 watts).
Which gives us that 10 watts equal to 2 amp home wall charger or 9w which would be equal to 1.8 amp charger if you'll try a 6w charger It's just too low for the nexus it will charge up to 1.2 amp,and this is honestly not enough.
Also the Nexus 5 chargers really slow if the phone being used while charging (which in this occasion could be GPS,Music,Bluetooth),so yeah,9 watt at least.
This is interesting. So probably the 5W is enough for a slow charger and will charge slower than the Wall Charger.
10W will definitely charge faster than the wall charger.

I would like to buy a 65w charger

Please tell me a trusted website that sells Warp Charge 65 chargers
This is what I just bought for my car: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08F25BP4X and https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08FY32M1Q seems to work well. Did a 4hr round trip using GPS, Bluetooth Audio to Car Stereo for bassy music and it kept the phone charged above 80% the whole trip.
Not fully compatible. You can only charge at 45W (might only be 30W) with that. The phone only supports 65W with a warp charger.
You can buy from OnePlus
Moreover, 8T accepts up to 27 watts USB-PD charging
Bought this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0841V6LR5/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabt1_gJ9QFbGN1ZKEA?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
And it doesn't warp charges, which is a bummer. Only the oneplus charger shows warp charging on the screen.

65w car charger.

I need to know if I can get one of the 65w car chargers to charge the oneplus 8t 65w. Plus what one will do this. I use the warp charge 30 charger and it charges my oneplus 8t slow.
Search on AliExpress for 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 car charger you will find it. SuperVOOC 2.0 and Warp Charge 65 are exactly the same.

Question regarding the 8T and warp charge

So I have my 30 watt warp charger from my OnePlus 7T but with my 8T, it charges slower than hell. I get about double the charging speeds when I plug in my 18 Watt PD charger from my pixel 4 XL. I have troubleshooted in every way I can. I've even entered engineer mode and went to the warp charging test, ran the test with the 30 watt warp charger plugged in and the phone recognized it, and it passed the test, showing it was a warp charge 30w. The phone just won't accept anywhere near 30 Watts from it. I want to buy the 65 watt charger that this phone can handle but I'm extremely nervous and don't want to spend that money on the 65 w just to see it do the same thing as the 30 watt. So everyone knows, the 30 watt warp charger is official and my 7T has zero issues with it. Is it possible the OnePlus 8T doesn't support warp charge 30? Anyone experience anything like this?
Is Optimized charging enabled or disabled?
what are the result for each?
I have the same charger leftover from my old 7T, plugged in at another room in my house. Yes, it's slow. It is not nearly as fast as 30W when charging the 7T.
My thinking is that the 8T does not support Warp Charge 30.

Accessories what you think on that car charger?

Hello,
What you think about this car charger?
Is it fast enough?
Thank you
Seeing how it handles 125-watt and the phone only handles somewhere between 20 and 35-watt maximum, then yes, it's fast enough. Personally, I rarely fast charge.
So it's great product and fast charging even with GPS and Bluetooth, and yes the phone will not use the 125-watt but we have something for the future
If it does what it promises, then it's a great deal, even if its capabilities exceed our current phones' charging capacity. But I'm somewhat risk averse, especially with high charging rates. I, therefore, bought the Scosche CPDCC60 dual charger from Amazon.
Has anyone tried the following charger?
Baseus USB-A+USB-C Car Charger 65W
Charge your phone and Laptop together while on the road with baseus 65W dual port car charger. PD 3.0 and PPS technologies deliver 5X faster charging time than standard 5V/2.4A chargers.
www.baseus.com
According to the website, it supports PD 3.0, PPS and up to 65 W. So, in theory, it should work with the Pixel 7 Pro.
Thanks
