I don't think it's that bad. Now, if they had a rotary dial pop up and you had to dial POWER to shut the phone down. I'm betting most people wouldn't be able to power off their devices. If such a thing existed, I would definitely install it on my phones.

If you like vanilla android you will love it, specially after rooting because now you can charge the boot screen and the font.
If you want something nice like Samsung and Sony do to their devices...nope.

The OEM skin has an iphone look and feel to it. I replaced it with. If you like the iPhone interface, you will likely enjoy the OEM skin.
