Trying to order accessories after the pre-order and I have it in my order just can't access it for some reason.

If you didn't apply it during the pre order they will email you a code within 35 days after you receive the device.

Is the 200 dollar code for the USA? I only kept seeing up to 150

I think it was only if you signed up to be notified of the preorder, and then ordered through the link sent. At least that was the experience in my household.
I signed up to be notified. M'lady did not. We both ordered later that night when preorder opened, and each got $150.
I got an email the next day, saying "time to order", so I went through that link an got $200, so I cancelled my first order.

OH ok. I did it through tmobile tho so meh

you dont get the 50 dollars unless you reserved a spot before the unpacked stream. they did this last year as well. you only get the 150. if you ordered through tmo, you can get the 150 once your phone ships.

Just in case anyone doesn't know, if you type in "25percent" in the promotion code section of the AT&T Fuze checkout you get 25% off. Saved me about $90. Didn't see it posted here on a cursory search so just thought some people would like to know.

If you read the amazon reviews people are getting their confirmation email and its telling them that they will receive the device end of December...
I had initially placed my order for this phone through Amazon but then I was quoted a December 31st ship date! I thought there must be some mistake so I called their help desk and told them I had ordered the phone and even paid for one-day shipping and they told me it didn't matter because they weren't actually getting the phones at their warehouses until mid-late December! I wouldn't wait up, I guess.
I bought mine in an AT&T store for 370. Can I return it and get it cheaper some other way? And STILL have it on my plan?

must be running low. i ordered o nthe 18th with "2 day shipping" and the estimate is November 26th delivery lol.

That's incorrect, they are in stock at Amazon now (they originally were due to be in stock this Saturday, Nov,22nd, I guess they got them in a day early), I ordered mine this week and will have it early next week from them I can get the $25 rebate for sure, though Premier has a $50 rebate and I may try for that.
Edit-What reviews on Amazon did you read? There are only 2 reviews on there for the Fuze, and neither one even mentions email form Amazon-

oops, not reviews, but in this discussion. The original poster is given an estimate of dec. 31st and 2 others say their estimate is dec. 17th. But the latest post mentions that they are now back in stock and there is a little trick he did (change shipping method then return it to original shipping method) and it updated his estimated ship date to the 26th.
Ahh, okay. I remember when they first showed up on Amazon's site, the page said they'd ship in 4-6 weeks, then this past weekend that changed to Nov.22nd. Now they are showing them as in stock, so I am guessing they got them in a day early.

When I looked at upgrading to the Fuze online from AT&T, they showed no discount either, just the $50 mail-in rebate. I checked a little deeper and apparently my Premier isn't doing any discounts for it, or at least I can't find any.
Edit-Letstalk has them for $249 with upgrades (free after rebates on new lines only), and Wirefly has them for $224 after rebates for contract extensions.
I also placed an order with amazon on the 17th and the estimated shipping is also on Nov 26th.

Did you get 2 day shipping?
Edit-Since it's now showing the Fuze as in stock, I'd think our orders would ship out today, and that would move the arrival date up a day. Check again on your order, Nov.26th would be the arrival date.
I find that none of these codes work on an extension with a family plan. I did however try and mess around and got the EWC50 code work multiple times to get the phone for free if opening a new line. Don't think it would work though because they would probably catch it.

in the [Q] How much did you pay for your Fuze? i remember someone stating that they got it for $199.99 by upgrading on att premier site. Also another person suggests calling in before placing the order and making sure all your premier discounts are there and some even got the $18 upgrade fee waived.
Right now not even the $50 MIR is showing up for me, and my $100 upgrade advantage discount, which was there a week ago when i considering the bold, is missing as well. Like i said in the other thread, i'm just gonna hold out till black friday, and if i can't get a good deal then, i'll just call up att and ask why my premier discounts aren't showing up. I just hope they'll still be in stock!

i got the 4G in the mail and had to send them it back before they would place the G2x order....
try going to tmobile store and see if they have a loaner phone for you to use till you get the G2x... (im sure your contract started when you bought the phone so if there billing you and your not using it then ***** youll get something done if not a decent credit)
I bought two phones from Wirefly and was told that it would ship out on the 20th. It was no surprise for me and I planned accordingly by ordering 2 day shipping for $8. It will hopefully be here on Friday.
I am getting each phone for $150 vs $250 up front = saving $200 up front
I also got free activation fees and free shipping= $35x2= $75 up front
I think saving $275 and waiting 2 extra days is worth it to me. It will be in my hands soon enough.

DO NOT GO BY WHAT T-MOBILE.com SAYS! (there website sucks at current info)
i ordered mine also first day (4/15) and i didnt get a txt till staurday saying it will be delivered 4/20... then 10 mins later a txt saying it will be delivered 4/19 WITH a tracking number... it still says on the ups site that it isnt shipped yet...
i called a rep and she said she cant see anything till the 20th because it doesnt show inventory till its actually released (4/20) but i assume it will be here by the 19th and she assured me it would also....
t-mobile does not know whats going on... (people are getting txts saying it on back order)
and they cant tell you if it will be on back order till the 20th...
so to sum it all up...
if you got a tracking number (friday/saturday its estimated to be at your house the 19th... if you got a tracking number today... expect it to arrive the 20th)

I NEVER use their site to order, or to do anything. I always call 611. I put my order in Friday night at 7, UPS picked it up Saturday at 6am, and it's now on the UPS truck on the way to my house. If you call T-mobile, they'll give you (or should) a tracking number. Don't be surprised if it shows up on your doorstep today.
I've had a tracking number since Friday morning. The phone just showed up in the UPS system at 10:00AM today. The arrival scan was in Louisville, KY, a UPS hub. It appears that to save a few bucks T-Mobile's bulk transporting orders to the UPS hub. So what Nate said is correct, the estimated delivery date in the UPS system is accurate even if it shows "billing info received" and Friday's orders should be delivered tomorrow for those that went for express. Based on comments on the T-Mo forum they really screwed up the ordering process for the G2X.

many people did the Saturday shipping and come Saturday.. no phones..... id be pissed if i spent 25 bucks on shipping and didnt get my phone... let alone the "back order txt message"

I ordered friday and they told me it was backordered on the phone. However I got a txt Saturday with tracking and estimated delivery on the 19th. Tracking number says they have not received package. If I am to get it tomorrow then they should have the package by now.
Wish I knew when I was really getting it. :-(

So I checked their page and it turns out they send their employees to submit all these reviews about how great their service is as a way of advertising for the company. But if you browse other reviews outside of Cellhub's website, their company is actually rated pretty low by previous customers.
Anyways, I finally got my Bold 9780 from Costco yesterday, and I absolutely LOVE it.

I actually almost bought the phone through Cellhub, but after a closer look during checkout I realized that they only offer the phone for free if you purchase an $80+ plan, otherwise the phone changes to $149, which is more expensive than almost every other store is selling it for, including T-Mobile. I think this is somewhat of a false advertising from their store, and I really dislike false advertisers lol.
So if you plan on getting a basic plan I would go with another store, or even T-mobile itself. I think that would be more trustworthy than a faulty advertising internet store.
I thought the name was familiar... cellhub.com was spamvertized in our blogs just before Xmas. Members may want to consider suppliers who are not associated with spammers.​

As I stated in my reply to these posts, to each his own. No matter where you buy the phone, you need to check the terms yourself. As far as people complaining about them, who doesn't complain about such and such company on here, for real the whole web if you wanna be technical.
I can honestly tell you I have had bad experiences with all three carriers. Their all crooks if you ask me, however if I want to use a cellphone or service, unfortunately I have to suck it up and go for what I know.
Research yourself and take the best deal. I don't care where you get the phone from online, I can guarantee there's some complaints about that company on the internet ( and I bet they have similar addendums on their contracts). I don't care if it's Amazon, Wirefly, TMI-Wireless, even Walmart.
Just google complaints for the company you ordered yours from, you'll see.
So, basically it comes down to doing your research and choosing the lesser of the evils.

I preordered my phone from t mobile and got it this Monday. But to redeem the GR you need to go here and type your email. But since the phone isn't officially out yet I think that you have to wait until the 4th
As far as i know you can register your device to get the preorder reward a free gear VR. On the t-mobile homepage they give the info that you can register from o8.o3.2o16 until 28.o3.2016.

Yeah that. Pre-ordered mine on 2/26 and got it 3/3 as well.
Pre-Ordered on 02/23 & got mine on 03/01.. Registration was not open until the 3rd for the Gear VR so I did my redemption on the 3rd & am waiting for my 4-6 weeks to pass.

I've had nothing but problems, they will not/can't ****ing sell me/upgrade me the phone at full price? WTF. 2 different stores, i give my info they select the free 2 day shipping, blah blah blah, do you agree to this price, blah blah.. SUBMIT.
it charges me 24.99 for shipping and i'm like you selected free shipping. They call customer care and get transferred literally like 6 times at each store, both reps give up and told me to call. I said forget it, i'll pay the 24.99 idc just submit my order. The order gets submitted, then error shipping delay *continue with order?* yes.... error card declined, 4 different cards later, all declined..bruh my accounts stay full and my cards have a limit higher than the cost of this phone...
the lady behind me pre ordered on their monthly phone payment plan and her card went right through no problem. I even called my bank and had them verify my account could handle a huge charge, even told them where i was, what i was doing..still got declined. The bank rep said they would be able to see any declined transactions in the system no matter what, and nothing has shown up as declined on their end, so it must be a connection issue with t-mobile....so i just left
I call customer care myself, get transferred 4 times, they take my info over the phone.. ^ all that happens again.
why is it so gah damn difficult for me to say HEY TAKE MY MONEY!!!!! and them say HERE'S A NEW PHONE. WTMF?!

Here's an idea...not ideal, but may work. The free shipping may only be with device payments. That being said, there's nothing that says you can't pay off the EIP the first couple days after you get the phone and the EIP shows on your account. I know that doesn't necessarily fix any issues with the CC and their billing, but perhaps in the week or two between now and when the EIP shows, their system will allow the CC to go through?
I don't work at T-Mob, so I can't speak for what is going on. Just figured I'd chuck in my $0.02
I pre-ordered mine 2/23 and got it 2/29.
UPDATE:
I called today and gave it another shot, good ole Kyle at T-mobile helped me out more than anyone else thus far. I'm on that $30 prepaid plan everyone wants on T-mobile. Ultimately Kyle told me to just start a new line of service, pay $50 for a no credit check line, order the phone and cancel service. So that's what we did, I basically just paid $50 more than the total cost of the phones full price, got a brand new line and completed my order and got free overnight shipping (although it's Sunday I'm sure it will still take 2-3 days which I'm cool with). I will probably keep that line active for a month/30 days just to make sure I get my promotional gifts. Then I'll cancel service on that line. As a protection against any future BS, I recorded that phone call and made sure specific questions were answered like no $200 ETF, or any ETF at all, My # won't change and so forth. This guy was much more helpful than previous reps. So, Kyle if you ever read this...thanks man!
TLDR:
If you're prepaid you'll need to go post-paid if you want to pre-order the galaxy S7.
I'll update this again if anything else happens and or when I get my gear vr and free netflix.

However, I didn't get a receipt in the package. The only receipt I got was in my email when I purchased the phone. How the hell do I submit that to complete the promotion registration? Screen shot the section that has my name and how much I paid and attach it? Is that what you guys did?

However, I didn't get a receipt in the package. The only receipt I got was in my email when I purchased the phone. How the hell do I submit that to complete the promotion registration? Screen shot the section that has my name and how much I paid and attach it? Is that what you guys did?

Has anyone been successful at purchasing the Immersive Gear VR bundle for $99 when registering for the Free Gear VR on Samsung.com ?
Seems like nobody can purchase this bundle when registering.
hopefully they aren't opening up the promotion till Friday if/when i get my phone
I did. The first time I went to do it, it said I couldnt charge it to the payment plan. Few days later I tried it again and everything went through. I completed my order April 12
Not yet my wife and I are having problems. They're asking for the work Mac # and the ieim # when she puts them in it says not matching, and they do. So we're going to call tomorrow.

trying using the shop samsung app, it was a LOT faster for me. that said i didn't opt to purchase the bundle myself and went for the free gear vr. When using the shop samsung app (available on the play store), it gets the mac and imei automagically.
I got mine Immersive bundle ordered today.
I got mine to work. Registered through the Shop Samsung app, then a few hours later they e-mailed me saying my registration was approved. In that e-mail there's a link that will take you to the store where you can buy it.
I posted in the accessory section a big thread about it.
basically, you have to wait for approval, regardless of what the website says. Can take 24 hours. I got mine 23 hours after registering. Even though their website said I was approved immediately and gave me a buy now button. Per the rep I spoke with, that button was only supposed to work for people who purchased from Samsung themselves.
I selected the $99 bundle at last night. I've been in a pending review status since then. I finally received a confirmation email 18hrs later.. "Please allow approximately 2 weeks for review, then you will receive an email with next steps."

Did you buy via walmart or sams club? They had really specific instructions for those places to get approved quickly.

I pre-ordered mines straight from Sprint. Registered for the bundle yesterday (2017/04/19), got my confirmation email and link to order the bundle just a couple hours ago, and was able to purchase it with no problems. $99+Free shipping ($14 waived). Be sure you log into your Samsung account or it'll show up as a $500 bundle instead of $99.

You'll get another email that will be the confirmation email and it will have the link in it to purchase! I just received mine about an hour ago!
I've been given the run around I did mine with the app and still do t have anything. That was on the 19th. I received a email saying it could take up to two weeks for review

Yeah, this is BS especially for those on the West Coast. They should have not let you register until the 22nd to level the playing field.
Yep. Was a little nervous after reading this thread but everything went smooth. All done via Samsung's site. Even received the 1,000 points for activating Samsung Pay. Well..it's now 900 since I keep buying the scratch off chances to win more points. LOL 0 for 10. 900 more points to go!

I did a customer support chat with Google last night and told them how unhappy I was as a loyal customer, to buy the Pixel on pre-order and receive in it late October, then in November they discount it $200!!! So they immediately gave me an extra $100 store credit that is good for 1 year. That means that I had $200 in store credits from promotions and $99.99 from being a Google One customer. So, $299.99 off a Pixel 4Xl on release day...not to shabby.

Just another validation to only buy a Google device from Google. Never from a carrier who can lock it on a whim and never from Fi who said that "price protection doesn't apply to us, you wouldn't want us to change our policy and give you the BF deal of the extra hundreds off right?" Yeah right. Google did the right thing and good for them.

Your post gave me an idea, but it didn't work. I sent my 4xl in for a warranty replacement on Nov 27th. My replacement shipped out today. I decided to try and get some kind of credit on my account for being without it. I called them and they told me no. It was worth a try.

Sometimes it's hard to find. When you checkout it shows up. Put something in your cart and go to checkout see if you can apply a credit.
yeah I checked already. There's also a place in Google Store settings and Google Pay balance that shows your store credit.

I can confirm this. I called into support and shared the article saying that people got credits as well as the tweet from this is tech today and boom another $100 store credit that will expire in one year. It even showed up in my account instantly.

Fi denied me after wasting literally 4 hours of my day, apparently Google customers get preferential treatment over Google Fi customers. Done.

After almost 48 hrs, I still didn't see the extra $100 credit show up in my acct, so I called back and they credited the $100 instantly. (This one doesn't expire whereas the first $100 from the preorder does.)
Still waiting to hear back on whether I get $100 per phone I ordered (two) or just $100 period. It's been over a day, getting itchy. There are some deals that end today I'd like to grab if I get whatever.
