Hi forum members, I have a quick question. Is there an app/solution/setting to assign the double click of optical joystick to an app (I have a Droid Incredible)? Also, is there a way to replace the default dialer app with another app? i.e. when I click "Phone" on the home screen, is there a way to bring up a different dialer app? Thanks much for the help.
I've noticed that if I long press the home button, a small circle appears surrounding the left corner of the screen. On the circle is a link to Google Search which is displayed as the word Google. My question is whether I can customize app links that come up on that circle and how to do that.

no its pre-installed and only open Google now.. Google now is a search tool not a bookmark..

Is there a mod that allows that to change? I know some developers have been working on a mod to change the app choices in the quick launch menu that comes up when the S-pen is removed. Is anyone aware of a similar mod for adding new choices to the long press on home?

Hi, am new here. I have a Vivo Nex and using Nova launcher. I just cloned whatsapp and can see the second icon in the app drawer. However, when I click it, the original whatsapp opens and not the cloned one.
If I change the launcher back to the original one that is Funtouch home, then I could configure and use the cloned app separately. Any idea how to get the cloned app showing on Nova?
I tried to receive messages on the cloned one while on Nova launcher and I was able to receive messages. Still if I open the cloned icon the original whatsapp opens.

With cloning I can use two whatsapp instances on two separate numbers/sim cards on one mobile.
How to disable bottom corner swipe for assistant? Also there's no option to set default assist app to none but google.
You can install other app that will show there, I see there Tasker and AutoTools, I have no idea which other apps can be used. I'm not sure if you can disable only the gesture, but you can disable Google Assistant. If you want, open Google app, bottom right More, Settings, Google Assistant, scroll, scroll, scroll, scroll, General, switch Google Assistant.

It's already disabled. So I've got a prompt to enable it every time I accidently trigger the gesture which is really annoying especially when you're in another app
Well, that is stupid. I found app that can do different things with that gesture, not much, but you can also set "do nothing".

I am using Poco f3. I have placed my messenger app in the hidden apps. I just had a video call with someone and made some screenshots. But where is the saved location of those screenshots? They are not found in the gallery.
