no. US snapdragon variants are all bootloader locked. you need an unlocked bootloader to root the phone or to flash any custom recovery/rom.

It's a paid service by afaneh92. Paid services and advertising isn't endorsed on XDA, but the thread for it somehow was allowed. You can find it pretty easily when looking around, I won't risk linking it.
I really wish unlocking the bootloader was easy to do on our own!

Mine is Note Edge T Mobile. Already had Unlocked it. But, my concern is, How could I remove the T-Mobile carrier apps and branding. Also, Can I install the international or Indian Version ROM on this?

Actually, no brand shares the official method for rooting the phone.
The rooting phone is commonly done by dev or advanced user. That's why I wonder if the rooting with the common method will be in use here. Only if we had the official and standalone release for ROM. The risk will be low & the chance will be high.

Not with Verizon devices. Verizon devices are *DEADLOCKED.* You will never unlock a Verizon sold device's bootloader without exploits.

You need a PC to be able to flash a modified boot.img within Fastboot if the device isn't already rooted.

I haven't seen an unlockable vzw moto since Motorola G7 series.
I've started development work on this device and would be nice to know if I need to consider support for the vzw model.

My assumption is vzw model is also unlockable via moto-key.
It will cost about 60usd to unlock bootloader.
With that said there's no garentee roms or twrp will be fully compatible.
