PixelDust ROM is an Android 10 ROM especially built for Google Pixel and Nexus devices.
The code is based off directly from AOSP. We strive to keep the PixelDust Experience as close as possible to Android as Google intended. We add a decent selection of the coolest custom ROM features that would've been missed if they hadn't been included.
The PixelDust Crew would highly appreciate if you would take a little of your time and leave your valuable feedback, your honest opinion or just say hello. If you should encounter a bug, or some kind of glitch that seems to be abnormal and you are pretty sure that it is related to the ROM (and not related to any special apps or mods you flashed on top), then please give as many details as possible.
Special shoutouts to Roger.T for his amazingly designed wallpapers, logos and the best bootanimation I ever had on my Pixel!!! If you like our work, please consider to buy Roger the first beer, and a few more for the other team members and spezi77. Cheers!
BTW, please consider to take a logcat, because you know that:

Nice, I may have to switch from stock to this. I tried out Dirty Unicorns the other day and it didn't have enough working yet to make me want to switch from stock.

There is a dark version. I do not know if it is integrated in the ROM..
The current one is made so that it fits perfectly with the white boot screen (transition without interruption)...[emoji16][emoji6]

If u still can't after switching slots, use aosip boot.img..that did the trick for me

The provided boot.img works too. When the device boots into stock or the ROM you had before, just change the boot slot.

Could you please make bigmem version?
Hi Erik,
well this sounds pretty good :good: congratulations and in this nightshift i promiss to test it in connection with your Hardcore Rom
Btw - will you insert the new beta 1 from ivendor or do you totally give up maintaining your ROM ?
Thx in advance

Ok, I will try to explain this BigMen thing... I personally don't like it. Now, I know users feel more stability when they have more free ram, but the reality is different. I actually manged to build a bigmen version and I got only troubles with it. But let me put this my way... Why do users need more RAM? The answer is very simple, because they want better performance. And how can performance be tested in the best way? (No, not benchmarking) By playing heavy games or pushing your phone to the limits. To be honest, I got more FPS in games with an highly optimized kernel than with a bigmen kernel. Perhaps I will make a bigmen kernel if users request but I wont offer any support for it... it will be only experimental.

Hey!
Thank you Rhonin! I recommend updating to beta 1, these kernels contain the latest fixes invendor made, so, they will work better on beta 1.
And yes, I stopped the development completely, that means I will not update my ROM's anymore in the way I did until now. I will include my personal improvements in the kernel, it is much easier for me this way.

That's right! There is no reason for bigmem kernel anymore, after the presentation of 3.0.62 kernel. I have the stock kernel of ivendor (347MB) and i haven't any problem in heavy games.
yep since 3.x kernel i dont experience performance issues which i can relate to memory management. this was totally different with 2.x.

For me sounds very good.
Thank you Erik, for your new project.
Now it's time for me to try the new Kernel on my SGS+ with ivendor's CM10,beta 1(also thanks to him and arco).
I will report you, if I have new informations.
Up to this time both kernels OC/UV and Ex UV the work with no problems at all.
Perfect job.
Ok guys, thanks for the good feedback! I really appreciate this!
I have very good news! I just upgraded to Ubuntu 12.04 LTS so I can use the awesome toolchains Christopher83 made! This will give some extra optimizations... I will do some reasearch to see how this new neon technology improves kernels, and I will get back here!
That's it for now,
Erik
Nighshift-Report
OMG - What have you guys created  Such a smooth system :good:
I installed the beta 1 on my phone - with the "normal" Gapps and tested it in the first step - gorgiuos - the installed EriksMod kernel - wow - Tried afterwards to install Sgoo's theme but that was obviously made ONLY for the last alpha release - so the system hanged up.
and then i wanted too much installed the patch for picasa-sync problem and i've got 2 camera and 2 galleries - one that shows picasa web albums - the other not. OK - no prob so far, but the 2 provided Widgets both didn't show the webalbums....
Ok - factory reset and once more - this time i installed eriks - experimental Gapps - I like that stuff  and tested this combination for the rest of the night. The only thing that seemed curious was the slowness of the charging process...
And this morning i switched back to my former configuration - due to the fact, that it is completed established and i need more time beside testing to establish a JB installation.
THX for your work - educk & ivendor :good:
Rhonin
Erik, kernel is great!
Really great battery life and performance.
Can anyone test video recording and playback after that (at least 1 minute of video)? For me audio and video are not synced after, let's say 30 seconds, and difference is becoming larger during playback.
Maybe it's just my problem, because I'm using your 4.2 gapps.
EDIT: Camera app (4.2) problem. With JB+ Camera works great.

A ROM the way we want it to be. Smooth. features. Creativity. Without those in the credits in the box, i guess, you won't see this ROM being a combo.
What is Xylon?
A Generally based of many kinds of features around the Android Development and fits into minimal customization. It may act up like AOKP, but totally not at all. Overall, we're still in work in progress state of changing the base to slightly minimal like FNV before. This ROM is built off with GCC 4.7, O3, Linaro Strings enabled. (Galaxy Nexus Kernel, fusion with anarkia's horn, O3 and Linaro GCC 4.7.3 enabled.). Feature list will be available in the 2nd post. Changelogs. We don't usually write up but we will starting builds of 2.2.
P.S.S **** off fanboys. We're doing this for fun.

I dont have a tilapia so I was hesitant to build for it. I have been asked recently by a few others who are interested in testing for me so when I have one put together it will show up on G+ first to get feedback then if all goes well it will make its way on here.

Anyway I don't think it will get more dev tho.
I think one of the biggest problem is that the LTE forum is unknown :
- many can't find it (on tapatalk for example)
- we should make an advertisement on the titan forum so that more people know where to find it
I flashed this kernel yesterday with the latest CM nightly and when I receive a call, people can't hear me... reflashed the rom without monsterkernel and works like a charm

Please send me a PM detailing what the problem is here.

We created a link in the non-LTE forum to the Moto G (2014) LTE forum.

hi!
how about compiling with -Ofast flag? gimmicky? maybe not?
any chance to get overvolting/overclocking ability? I mean - 10-20% voltage and up to 1350MHz on single core?
Also have a problem (quick charging related?) Phone after I unplug it shows me that it is still being charged. Percentage falls down in time but battery got charging icon. In battery options shows charging too. Running mokee nightly.

Hi! Thanks for updates. I'm still having issues with forced quick charge. When enabled, can see battery being charger (icon) even if unplugged. However percentage is only being showed if actually plugged in to charging.
I can't download

AICP is known by everyone as Ice Cold Project that started on Desire HD and since then evolved into a mature ROM with the BEST community you can find!!!
Until Lollipop, Rom has always been AOKP based. Unfortunately, since AOKP either stopped development or will make a comeback later this year, we changed our base to CM when it comes to hardware, drivers and some features.
If there are any bugs, either we will sort them or CM team if it concerns their modifications. This rom isn't CM supported so no need to report errors or bugs to them!!
In the beginning we would like to thank:
CM team

SlimBean rom team
CarbonRom team
LiquidSmooth rom team
Omni rom team

We've been testing this ROM for around more than a month
Many bugs have been fixed.
@dav888 has done a great work :good:
IMHO this is one of the most stable and complete ROM out there for Note 2.
Browser videos - work
MTP - work with single touch
SDCard show as SDCard (not numbers)
Just like everything its miles from being perfect but with help of friends like you we should get able to make it as good as it can be.
Thanks for trying

1. Either are good but lets start with PICO of opengapps.org (since it doesn't replace anything in system)
2. Stay with Stock initially for testing purpose
3. In case of a bug, both will be appreciated.
I flashed this ROM on my device with SlimGapps and Xposed v86.
EVERYTHING is FINALLY working! We have a marhsmallow ROM which can be named STABLE.
I first flashed with Cache as F2FS but it didn't boot so I let it be EXT4.
I have no problems or bugs so far. Going to test it more today
And remove that "Beta" status dude...lol. This ROM is much more stable than others which have STABLE status.
---------- Post added at 03:23 PM ---------- Previous post was at 03:21 PM ----------
Oh, I flashed Gapps and Xposed right after I've flashed the ROM. I see no problems.
Why do you recommend a boot between them?

Thank you buddy :good:
No major reason but just to make sure that ROM boots fine without any conflict or issue. Even I flash Xposed and Gapps alongwith ROM.
INSTALLED ROM AND BOOT
Everything works perfect.
Very fast very smooth all are working like a charme
rebooting to flash Gapps
I think we have a winner
reboot, installed gapps (open pico)
after rebooting
'unfortunally google servises had stopped'
'unfortunatelly setup wizard had stopped'
OMG so behind the scenes all this time you were doing this.
Thanks mate.

Hello
that's something that can happen when gapps are installed in second flasheo. For me since the time of S2 always ROM + gapps and I've never had failure.
Go to recovery and make clean
Flash ROM × Gapps and reboot
When starting the phone, "NO" put it, or WiFi, or anything
When you get to the desktop, restart the terminal and start once again as if trastearlo butt
In this way my (personal) I've never had failure.
regards and will serve the rom

That's an ongoing issue with OpenGapps. Do this :
1. Boot to Recovery
2. Mount > System
3. Advanced > File Manager
4. Now go to /system/priv-app and delete SetupWizard.apk
For a permanent solution, remove SetupWizard from Gapps zip with WinRar on PC (or any app of your choice) or do it on phone with some app.
Or
Use Slim or Delta Gapps
Enjoy

Read the whole OP! Be respectful to each other and don't ask for ETAs, it's considered as being rude!
AOSP Extended is an AOSP based ROM which provides stock UI/UX with various customizations features along with the Substratum theme engine. The project has been made by cherry-picking various commits from various other projects. Being based on AOSP it provides a smooth and lag-free experience out of the box. We will constantly try to add more features and make it even better in future updates. A ROM by a user, for a user. #StayAOSP #ExtendYourDevice #BeExtended
#ExtendYourDevice Here are the Extensions! on top of AOSP! We are constantly trying to update the list. Our aim is not to provide all the features available on earth. Our aim is to add important features that we think should be here and also what you think. For addition of more tweaks or features, head on to our G+ community and post the list of features that you want! Features with commits will be more helpful!

I guess there is nothing wrong in reading facts!
-Base Of the ROM & Version?
->Rom is based on AOSP.
-Why no "Incremental/Delta updates" Support?
->Actually the updates we provide monthly are heavily changed and modified than the previous builds. New stuff is merged and added. So we don't provide incremental updates and recommend a clean flash.
-Does this ROM Support Substratum?
->Yes, full Substratum support!
-Which Gapps are recommended?
->OpenGapps
-How do I root this ROM?
->We recommend Magisk
-Will this ROM relock the bootloader?
->No.
-What about XPOSED?
->XPOSED is still in beta stage. We like Xposed but it messes up with the system so before giving any bug reports make sure you have Xposed uninstalled.
-When Will Be the Next Update?
->No ETAs, please. ROM Will be updated whenever the new build is ready by your maintainer. We generally provide monthly updates with latest security patches and new features.
-I am facing FCs, Bugs, Some feature is broken?

Then make sure that you cleaned A slot (don't format data or internal storage) and then change slot to B and boot to twrp. Flash rom, switch to A twrp and proceed with flashing gapps, magisk, etc.
Thanks for this awesom ROM!
I flashed it, then installed GApps and Magisk. Works well!
But I can not encrypt the phone. That did not work for PixelExperience also.
What do I have to do to enable encryption?
.
Downloading now
Where's the source code? Was there any modification to the original AEX source?
Wow. Thank you! I've been waiting for this. Hoping for official build soon even if no official LineageOS yet.
Mind if you answer @tytydraco's question?

Really?
- If your phone is encrypted, nobody has access to /data, because your personal information is stored here (photos, [apps-]data, etc.).
- Settings - Security & location - Advanced - Encryption & credentials - Encrypt phone (before next reboot, android encrypt /data partition with PIN is set)
Is this rom going to get now playing feature from PE ?
Waiting for feedback to those who tested it.
Feel free to leave your experience as well as bug reports to help viewers decide whether they will install it or not.
Cannot detect SIM Card even if I reverted back to stock Oreo.
STOCK is better than all the custom ROMs here.
Will gonna stay in STOCK ROM forever.
