For those who have issues with camera, pls follow tutorial
1. Enter recovery and flash View attachment STOCK_KERNEL_4.4.4_XXUFNL1.zip
2. Boot into the rom Note: wifi won't work and internal memory and SD card may not be accessible. This is normal
3. Try to start the camera app, it will give you a memory card error but you will see that it's working
4. Reboot into recovery, flash back one of the AGNi kernels below and boot back
5. Now you should have a working camera

Can you tell me what pda this rom have? Because till now i tried Galaxy S5Project and Community ROM V1.1 and got factory mode message, i think because pda was PDA I9305XXUFNE3 and PHONE I9305XXUEMK1..
In 2-3days i'll try this, now i have bad connection

Hey man, you can check these details by dialing *#1234#, supersu pops up just tap back and it will show the info.
PDA/PHONE = I9305XXUFNE3
MODEM = I9305XXUEMK1
CSC= I9305TNLEML1
Perhaps because of different CSC in the rom you are getting factory mode I dont really know why, but try flashing your own CSC. Maybe later i can include some CSC's in the aroma installer

Confirmed! thats my offcial stock rom
I see, so you want to flash this official firmware first, to have its csc and modem and then flash this rom on top of it to keep those. Im not sure that will help as you will have the csc and modem of not your official firmware. CSC contains important info about your carrier/apn's/services etc. etc. so i think its the best to have your own csc and or modem.
Edit: i think i need to remove the csc in the rom so that you and others can keep their csc like the modem. we can experiment with this and see what happens..

working great so far, I love the much better battery management compared to CM13 or AOSP based ROMs (much less battery used),
I haven't installed any modifications but there's quite some white noise while playing music or video,
so at least FauxSound is recommended to reduce the AMP.
My favorite is DivineBeats Beta 7.5 with DSEE HX (DSEE HX didn't work in version 8 on other ROMs tested but could with this) which needs no additional tweaks but it seems to raise battery consumption quite a lot,
also I haven't tested it with this ROM yet ...

I did clean installation but my phone keeps freeze and reboot whenever d simcard is inserted . Without simcard its good to go !!
I get too many fc popups from Google play services after it was updated and soundalive fc's too. I did install the beats addon so I'm not sure if that has something to do with it. At the moment those things prevent me from using it so I'm going back to the n7 emassry port for now

Good idea to read this F.A.Q While the rom is installing
NOTES :
- For the most optimal feature set, Pick OMC instead of CSC
In some countries OMC can lose feature sets
CSC Have some missing toggles like night mode and screen capture
- If you pick OMC be sure to select the RIGHT slection for simcard question at setup wizard
Failure in doing that will keep the the popup and no simcard will work
You can Pick CSC to avoid this or read the thread instructions
- Make sure you do Clean Flash, if coming from any other rom.
- You should flash Anything Else only after the first boot.
- After You finish the setup, make 1-2 full reboots to set everything up.
- The Elite Tuner And OreoSama Control needs root to function, flash latest magisk for that.
Q : I dont have root help plez
A : Flash the latest magisk zip
Q : Bixby Vision Constantly Force Closing. How to fix ?
A: It has been explained in bugs menu. All you need to do is hide the camera with a finger, making it dark. Open Vision > Translate > Turn off Live Translate At Top Right.
Q : Phone took alot of time to boot, and is very laggy
A : Do Not Flash Anything, Especially Magisk Until First Boot.
Q : There is SIM popup that keeps coming to ask me for restart
A : you DID NOT follow the instructions, Reinstall the rom and pay attention
Q : in the first SIM question in setup wizard, language is not english, what does it say
A : The RIGHT button is what you need to press, it will factory reset the phone (not touching your internal) and setup your /EFS with an OMC file that is linked to your simcard, so the rom will auto detect your CSC just like official samsung phones
Q : How is battery Life ?
A : With some tests and some cycles, it will be better than stock due to optimzations
Q : What to do after the rom is setup ?
A : Go to samsung apps, let the phone update everthing
Q : My phone does NOT boot help pls
A : Ensure you have LATEST bootloader and modem installed, did all the wipes, and did your house chores

1) be on unrooted stock
2) boot to twrp, wipe dvkcache, system data internal and cache
3) flash zip, in aroma select all samsung apps, stock kernel and then root
4) flash zip
5) flash MCK-Oreo_A8_BRI1_v2.0.1.zip
6) reboot
what is happening that phone is not starting, but instead bootloops on logo

I did exact same thing and rebooted, it is stuck on galaxy a8+ logo and doesnt goes into boot animation...

mate do not flash MCK kernel, Maybe it's not compatible, use stock kernel with root. that's all

I've just tried today's build and it hadn't boot.
After a really long bootanimatin(watchdog's) it reboot.
It continued for 5 times and after it I decided to restore.
Hope you will fix it

It must be bad odex build.

Make sure upgrade bootloader to xxu3 to xxu4 this could be booting issue
