As I know Many Peoples are interested to Install MIUI 9 On MI A1 .
I AM Trying To Port ROM Now . If Anyone Is Pro Here In ROM Port Than Please Help me to do it because I am not experienced .

Both is welcomed , Testers specially needed , but rom porting helper can help me to port rom more better & faster . Thanks
My dream is to get a full functional miui and convert the stupid phone to a smart phone. Re partition the a/b joke and have ota updates from 5x .... This has to be the project.

I can help you with porting the ROM. I'm not sure I'll install it on my device immediately but I definitely can help with porting. DM me for information where you can contact me.
I definitely can help with testing and i will send you daily report for bugs if needed.

Dream on... you can't really repartition the A/B partitions and will never be able to get updates from the 5X since your rom will not be official... regarding the stupid phone comment.. huh? how is miui smart exactly? because of the junk preloaded apps and spyware xiaomi loads unto miui?

Cant we just root the realme 2 pro using kingoroot or other rooting apps and then install a custom recovery using flashify? we can then enable camera 2 api and use gcam?

Can u please share other ways to use pixel 3 gcam other than root? I m a realme 2 pro user too and i would highly appreciate gcam in my phone.
Developers pllllllz make a good custom rom for realme 2 pro like redmi note 5 pro.I dont like clour OS....Miui is really good.

Not possible. Request realme to release source code for realme 2 pro. Unless that happens development can't take place for realme 2 pro.
It's a very capable phone but realme has just wished to keep the source code with them u like other brands

Whatsapp group is only for sharing the final build among users. If you really want to join developement, join telegram group.
Just download the gcam from realme community.
Then enable camera HAL3 in developer options.
That should work.

Does anyone have any idea regarding the development of custom roms based on android 11?
Android 11 isn't even released yet for OP (7), maybe wait a few months before it's actually out and devs had a chance to work with it?
For the Oneplus 5 and Oneplus 6 there are already a few custom ROMS with Android 11 out now.
I guess for our Oneplus 7 some od the devs are already working on custom ROMs for this phone.
I have in mind that I read somewhere that the devs of the Carbon ROM are already working on an Android 11 Version but there is no ETA when it is available as of now.
Otherwise here is a list of Android 11 custom ROMs for other phones but OK that is a bit OT here.

It's not the most attractive device, so it depends on how much effort and devs are working for it.

Yea its true that op7 is not that attractive but even the 7pro not getting 11 was a bit surprising

Yes android 11 custom ROMs ARE available already for our OnePlus 7 (guacamoleb). You can join the OnePlus 7 dev telegram group. There's already YAAP and Revenge OS build (latest being YAAP), with almost everything working fine.
