How to Root?
Flash SuperSU v2.79
KNOWN ISSUES
- Camera: Picture quality is dark and green shade sometimes, Video recording partially broken(audio works), FC noticed 3/10 times
- Bluetooth works but in settings menu its shows as disconnected!
Installation:
Always Have a full functional Backup. Just in case!
First time installing Slim, or coming from another ROM:
- Make sure you're running a proper working Recovery (CWM or TWRP)
- Copy GApps and Slim zip to your internal SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Wipe system,data and cache
- Flash Slim zip
- Flash GApps zip
- Flash SuperSU
- DO A DATA WIPE / FACTORY RESET
- Reboot
Upgrading from earlier version of Slim:
- Copy Slim ZIP to your internal SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Wipe dalvik/art and cache
- Flash Slim zip
- Flash Gapps
- Flash SuperSU
- Reboot
Don't expect any support if you:
- are not running stock Slim-kernel
- have installed any mods such as Xposed!
- have modified system files

I have not added the assistant, but will add in next week's update. Slim7 isn't pre-rooted. Flash the SuperSu zip from twrp to root the rom. (link in op)

Everyone is best .. depends on user WHETHER he wants customization or stock aosp like

I have a suggestion for a feature that might help. Why don't u add a feature in the os settings to switch the data sim between each other when a particular data limit is reached in one sim?
This will help users by avoiding the need to switch between sims after data limit is crossed in one. This task of switching data sim will be automated then.

What is AOSP?
AOSP is Android as Google publish without other modifications. More or less AOSP is the Nexus devices stock rom without gapps. Anyway to get a working system I' ve added some changes from CyanogenMod and Codeaurora.
Please do not ask for features to be added because we're not going to add more to keep this ROM small, fast and pure.

Yes, but for now RevengeOS doesn't have a server where we can store our build, so for now manual flashing is required (no data wiping is required)

Good rom, seems a lot better than other Aosp based ones, just found a little bug though, I can't seem to be able to disable the gestures pill, when I use its menu and i toggle it off it does nothing and if I open the menu again the toggle is resetted

how long the battery backup?

OK...After 8 hours of using this rom,
- SOT 4+ hrs ( FB and wtz app with 4G data & WiFi )
- smooth animation but sometime the screen flickering was there.
- normally 10% battery drains for 30min screen use with WiFi...
- when 4G data active, battery is draining a bit fast.
- Also when gaming as well. ( not PUBG or COD but 2D game " Lonewolf")
However, this is a great rom and thank you for your hard work....credits goes to the developer.....

yes

this rom is very good, stable and smoothie. everything works fine for me, even what app web is working.
but one porblem there is, magisk safety check failed. what can i do? thx!

I think rom is one of the best android 11 roms qurently. stable and battery is good.
I just encounter weird bug where my screen flashes while i type whatsapp messages.

this rom is very good, fluid, keep bringing improvements, thanks ...
