Not sure if there is for 2.3.... try tesla LED, that's a good one, they may have it updated

Basically flashlight for Fascinate or Epic should work:
Tiny Flashlight + LED (has widget)
TeslaLED (has widget)
Widgetsoid can do this as well so you can have a nice tidy button in your power controls if you like. You need to change the flash mode to 2 in the advanced options though
ProTorch works as well, but no widget and it costs $$

Tesla has a widget too, looks better, app and widget both.
Okay, I know we have lots of threads with people posting pictures of their bleed screen. I want to request one member atleast who does NOT have bleed to post a picture of his screen here. I personally am getting a second G2x and since this is like my first phone in over 5 years, I'd like to have a picture ready for comparison when I get my replacement.

I've attached 2 images of my screen. One from far away, and one in close up. The camera brightness gets wonky when its far away, so a closeup is most recommended, and I'd like to compare this.
I would but my phone is the only camera I have at work

As far as I can tell, I don't have any unusual backlight bleed. True, it isn't the deep black my Nexus One would have had, but considering this phone is backlit, I think I'm OK. Really? I have yet to see a high quality phone without it. Does it take away from your viewing pleasure in some way?

my nexus s or mytouch 4g didnt have it.

Is it me who's dumb? or what. I can't find the settings for touchwiz.
if I press option (left button) it just show add, wallpaper, search, notification (red phone drawing), editn and setting (this is the usual phone setting).
can I make 5 shortcut at the dock?

Nice home app! Very smooth. No lags.
It works very well except when I press the top button to see the menu to shut down, the phone freezes and after a while it reboots, not on the initial "Sony Ericsson" screen but in the next animated screen. So, to shut down the phone I need to take the battery out. I don't know if it happens only with my X10...
Other nice feature to consider: Samsung Widgets.

I just rootet my Sensation last night, got S-Off, root etc.

The problem is that those 2 apps that you tried don't support the qHD display that we have. They are for WVGA and lower resolution.
What you need is drocap2 which supports qHD.

Yea it looks like drocap2 works better. But with it there seems to be lines in the capture at times. I took a snap of my home screen which came out great, but when I took a shot of my lock screen which uses the Weather widget the capture had some black lines across it.
The screen shots are attached.
I'm using Perma-Temp Root for root access.
I just took a screenshot of my lock screen with drocap2 and it worked fine. Perhaps it is because you are using Perma-Temp Root instead of the full S-OFF and Root.

Just wondering, did you use the "shake" trigger or the timer? I used the shake trigger.

Huh? What? You mean if we press power+home a screen capture is made? Where does the output graphic go?
Maybe I'm not doing it right, I can't make it happen when I try pressing power+home, but maybe I don't know where to look for the graphic ...

Same question.
The lines are what I believe from the live wallpaper. Try using a static wallpaper and do another screenshot.
As for the power and home I think its only available with certain roms, I am not 100% on that though.

Drocap2 is the only to work fine for me of all the ones I tried...thank goodness!
Guys, if you hit the Power/Sleep button and then quickly press the HOME button, a ScreenShot is taken lol

I'll take your word for it on the live wallpaper. That sounds plausible enough. I enjoy my lock screen too much to change it even for a short test .
And yea, that power+home for a screen shot sounds like something in a custom ROM.
I had those same lines but mine were even worse.
I downloaded Screenshot ER from the market and it works perfectly!

No clue. I either found her in a wallpaper collection, or on FB/Tumblr/Instagram. The eyes and tats just grabbed my attention and wouldn't let go.
