Beta update only available for Tester.
Apply become a tester using IMEI, if your IMEI selected you will get the beta update.
I'm still waiting for an A1 delivery, so I can't test...
Could interested beta testers ask for Galileo satellites support? I think it's worth it.

Somebody, please check if there "OK google" voice answering fixed. I mean in Google now, not in assistant. There was a problem in nougat for mi a1 and answers was text only even if voice answering enabled

The last date to apply is December 11th.. So probably by 15th December they will complete the selection process.

I think they will not be releasing Oreo anytime soon.
Probably don't have enough testers with them, so they have called for testers.
Basing on the feedback received, I think they will make necessary corrections and release the final 8.0

A google co founder created Essential. Essential did mot in any way create android.

1. Pie for OP6 is not even announced and XDA doesn't allow placeholder threads.
2. When the OTA comes out, we have a long-standing thread for that here and a thread for mirrors for OTAs here.

Ok thanks. Just looked at the pixel experience telegram group. Seems like the OnePlus 7 was set up on their official downloads page maybe in November and still nothing. Suggests maybe the Dev has dropped out.

yes it disappointed me no oneplus camera stock and this morning vesion beta version I had no network ... so finally I went back to OOS 10.0.3 while waiting for the Pixel Experience port if everything works lol

Does finger print seriously not work? I was going to install until this info. It shouldn't go official if something like that is missing.

Well, maybe I have done something bad, but setting up fp is working, but when I want to unlock phone from AOD or from lockscreen, then it doesn´t work.

I read on telegram that he has some builds for personal use but can't upload due to bad internet connection. Also he successfully booted Paranoid Android
That will definitely not come any more, since OnePlus 8 will be released soon, then the developer will surely want to focus more on the new generation.

why? the last few android versions are barely tweaks. After version 6 not much has changed for the most part. i'm still on 8 on the oneplus. apps are still updating. expect summer 2021 at the earliest to see any beta android 11 ROM's. or even better wait until november 2021 so most ROM's are usable and have no major bugs if you want a stable experience.

What is interesting - how do they fit everything in our small /system partition? How can Android 11 be the same size or smaller than 10? It breaks the main law of software development
Finally we have got unofficial android R for our OPO. I know it is not fully useble daily driver but our developers will brought it with stable features.
