Hi All,
Please help me with installing the TWRP recovery on my HTC One ME and also please let me know if there is a Custom ROM with Android 9 PIE that works with this device.
I am trying to install custom recovery to my device One ME and whenever I install the recovery through fastboot it works. But when I go to the bootloader mode and click on "boot to recovery mode", my device get stuck saying that "This Build is for development purposes only.........." and so on. And then I need to restart the phone. I am not able to get into recovery mode if I install custom recovery (for stock recovery it works fine). So anybody please help me in fixing this issue.

The phone have been s-off and unlock bootloader before.
But after bricked, I want to flash official RUU to fix it,
So I run fastboot oem lock , the bootloader was locked again and can't be be unlock again ,becuase the hboot version has changed.
Current status:
Screen is not bright ,but plug my phone with usb can list unknown devices. and I can use fastboot command to list devices. but can't flash any files.

If you can get into fastboot like you are. Your not hard bricked.
To flash the RUU like you are doing. In fastboot do the following commands...
Fastboot oem rebootRUU
Fastboot flash zip PL99IMG.zip
That should work.

Help, HTC butterfly bricked,blocked in fastboot
Hello everyone,
asking for your help because my htc butterfly is stuck in fastboot after the procedure to bring it back to stock rom.
Unfortunately I could not find the ruu.exe and tried as indicated but unfortunately they are now in this situation.
Now the phone is relocked and S-ON, is there any way to replace it?

you're have soff, are you chaged cid? with stock rom you're need write cid (your CID of stock rom) , flash FW and get token code again (fastboot oem get_identifier_token)
after unlock bootloader, you can flash stock rom.

1. Download firmware from here:

2. On fastboot, flash this firmware
fastboot oem rebootRUU
fastboot erase cache

anyhow, i thought to try the CWM Recovery file for HBOOT version 1.02 (which seems to work for HTC Desire 500)
When i run Fastboot command -> fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
That goes sucessful as:-

Hello, I have been trying to bring Stock Android back to my HTC Sensation XE. Before I was running Cyanogenmod 9.1.
I made a factory reset and tried to flash different Stock Android images from TWRP recovery (by putting the images on SD Card), which all didn't work. Not knowing how to continue I read something about flashing other firmware and started to flash another boot.img with "fastboot flash boot boot.img".
Since then I'm not able anymore to flash any recovery image, boot image or any other image via fastboot. Also I can't open recovery if I select "RECOVERY" in the bootloader. The only way I can connect to my phone is via bootloader and fastboot (no adb). My bootloader is unlocked (S-ON).
When I try to flash another recovery ("fastboot flash recovery recovery.img") like TWRP,4EXT or CWM I get this message:

When I select "RECOVERY" in bootloader to open recovery it only shows the skateboarding androids in the center of the screen for 1-2 seconds and then returns to bootloader.
When I try to boot into recovery via fastboot ("fastboot boot recovery.img") using TWRP, 4EXT or CWM recovery img it shows the skateboarding androids in the center of the screen and gets stuck in this screen (not able to connect via fastboot or anything else). Only possibility is to put out the battery...

have you enabled usb debugging mode from settings?
also don't forget to select fastboot from bootloader when you are connecting the device to the pc(in the screen should say fastboot usb)
by the way if you are trying to unlock the bootloader from htcdev site there is no need to because you are on S-OFF

i have a butterfly s 9060 , and it works fine for 2years , last week when i was uninstalling a (non system )software , the screen stuck suddently , i had to press power button to turn it off. after i reboot it , i t stuck on chinaunicom logo and can't boot in os . now it only boot in bootloader or stuck on chinaunicom logo.

i tried these and all failed
1. reboot in recovery frrom bootloader
stuck on chinaunicom logo with red words "entering recovery " then screen turns black , i think the recovery is broken
2. flash recovery in fastboot

3. flash with PO68IMG.zip
i downloaded a PO68IMG.zip from internet ,and put it in sd card , boot in bootloader , after loading , it shows "prasing and press power to reboot " , i tried to contact htc , but they can't give any help with the official ruu .
