[APP][2.3.3+][NFC] NFC ReTAG

Hi,
the last days I played a lot with my Nexus S and some NFC tags.
One problem was, that most of the NFC tags I have (hotel keycards, lift passes, price tags, merchandising key fobs etc.) are write protected. So no fun with these tags.
Buying plain NFC tags is an option, but I decided to write a little app (NFC ReTAG) that only reads the ID of the NFC Tag and connects theses tags via a database to various functions (e.g. Toggle Wlan/ Bluetooth, launch installed apps, set ringer mode , navigation, browser etc.)
https://market.android.com/details?id=com.widgapp.NFC_ReTAG_FREE
Try it out! Have fun!

[APP][4.1.2+] SwipeLaunch Disabler v0.4.0 (FREE)

As of Jelly Bean, it is possible to quick launch an app (Google Now by default) by a swipe up gesture from the navigation bar, this feature can be annoying.
This app is developed to "disable" this feature. Actually the feature is not disabled, but instead launches this app that does nothing.
Download from Play Store
Remember to give your rating. Positive or negative, your rating is appreciated. Thanks.
Important:
For Marshmallow (Android 6), it is possible to disable the assist feature.
Follow below steps:
(1) goto "Settings > Apps > Advanced (the small gear icon) > Default Apps > Assists & voice input"
(2) select "none"

[Guide] [TW] [S Voice] Enabling Different Languages and Get Rid of the Robotic TTS

First of all, you must have a rooted phone. Don't ask how here.
Install Wanam's Language Enabler:
Code:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wanam&hl=en
Launch the app and select the languages you plan to use.
I selected English (US) [as a safe fallback] and English (UK) to replace the horribly robotic sounding English (US) TTS.
Launch S Voice > Menu > Settings > Language > Choose your language!
Additionally, you may download high quality TTS voice packs for different languages. To do so...
Launch Settings > My Device > Language and input > Text-to-speech options > Click Samsung text-to-speech "gear icon" > Install voice data > Pick one!
They are a bit large; English (UK) is ~117 megabytes, but it was worth it.
I was struggling to find an answer for hours yesterday, and thanks to Wanam, S Voice doesn't sound horrible now.

This is not enabling "any" language. It only enables languages that Samsung has released in its rom.
