How can i put script wide gamut color in manifest.xml - Honor Note 10 Questions & Answers

Hi all, i think my honor note 10. The display color look a bit dull. Although he claims that display can show 115% srgb.
How can i put command wide color gamut in android studio or apk editor in manifest.xml.
I learn from another sites. It says :
To enable the wide color gamut in your activity, set the colorMode attribute to wideColorGamut in your AndroidManifest.xml file. You need to do this for each activity for which you want to enable wide color mode.
android:colorMode="wideColorGamut"
Please help me this one. Sorry if my English bad.

Image editing for WM5?

I am looking for a tool to edit the photos I take with the built in camera on the device itself. I need: crop, resize, color correction (white balance, hue, saturation, etc). Are there tools for WM5 I could use ?
XnView Pocket
Try the following piece of software:
http://www.pdagold.com/software/detail.asp?s=1275
I have found this quite useful for editing photos and images on my wizard. Best of all it's free!
Since it is categorised as a "viewer": Does it have the editing functions I mentioned? Unfortunately the homepage is in french and I have no idea what the fudge is going on.
Yes, you are able to edit photos/images.
The options available under tools are:
convert - change file format / quality
crop - crop images
resize - define image size
adjust - brightness / contrast / gamma / red / green / blue
rotate - -90 degrees, +90, +180 / vertical flip / horizontal flip
sharpen/smooth - allows to sharpen / smooth image
The link should take you to pdagold.com which is in english.
I think you will find it has most if the functions you require. Try it, it's free!
Thanks, I'll give it a try and report back.
Pocket Artist by consuit software is, in my opinion, the best piece of graphics software for a pda. hands down.

[Q] Looking for certain features in drawing apps

Hi.
I am still on the fence on buying a galaxy note 10.1. I was thinking of using it to replace my xperia play as a cellphone and my m200 tablet pc as my main drawing/fun tool. I'm thinking of retiring the m200 since the color replication is awful due to the awful viewing angle and the fact that it is very slow (celeron 1.7ghz ftw).
I normally do drawings using photoshop or Artrage. The features I always use are the following:
1. Open another image on the same window to use as a reference image (PS, artrage)
2. I enable grids on both images to ensure accuracy to help making a 1:1 copy easier (PS)
3. Gaussian Blur + blending modes (PS, to make an easy glow effect on a duplicate layer with certain blending options
4. Use of natural materials (Fake paintbrush texture, paper texture in artrage)
5. Creating an image with a high resolution like 4000x3000
6. Smudge, Burn, and Dodge (PS)
7. PSD Output
Is there an application for the galaxy note 10.1 that has most of these features? I checked and the GIMP has not yet been ported to android...sadly. I'm not picky about pressure sensitivity since I never learned to use it well enough on my m200. I prefer setting the brushes manually for predictability.

1.You can use Overscreen floating browser for reference.
2.Grids - you can prep with a layer template in PhotoshopTouch or SketchbookPro
3. These are all in PhotoshopTouch
4.SketchbookPro has options for pen pressure to control opacity or radius of brush, and a selection of 90 brushes - not sure if you can make custom brushes.
5.Latest PhotoshopTouch update says it supports 12 megapixel images. Oem .apk has not updated, but I have purchased previously.
6.PhotoshopTouch has Smudge tool, but not dodge and burn, but can achieve results with layer modes.
7.SketchbookPro also has PSD output
I prefer layerpaint to scketchbookpro. I suggest that you buy and test both. Layerpaint allows only the spen imput, if configured to do so.
i haven't found anything perfect yet. i like sketchbook's brushes, but layerpaint's ability to make a high res image. i don't really use ps touch since you have to use adobe cloud to open or save psd, which is sad since sketchbook and layerpaint can do it natively.

Gallery viewer with pre-calibrated color & gamma corrections

The Galaxy S4 has a good screen but it's a little too over-saturated giving unnatural skin tones. Switching to "Movie" mode results in rather muted colors. For accurate color reproduction there's a new app "Calibrated photo Viewer" on Google Play with pre-calibrated color and gamma corrections to show photos in their natural colors.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.auralisoft.jpegviewer
Adobe RGB and sRGB color spaces are supported so both standard and professional photos can be viewed seamlessly, without the need to switch 'screen modes'.
The app works just like a normal photo viewer. No rooting is required.

Added color balance controls
I have added controls for custom fine tuning of color balance, to allow for variations between different S4 devices.

I'll check it out, thanks! I'd love a way to set the rgb for the whole phone, not iust one app, as my whites are quite greenish in comparison to many other screens-is this possible without kernel modifications?
Unfortunately I don't think that is possible without a mod kernel.
Check out the new version with Auto Color Balance.
Use a camera on an external android device as a color measuring device.
No more fiddling with color controls.
The two devices communicate via Bluetooth.

Requires a free companion app Camera Colorimeter on an external device

most accurate color space?!

Thought this would be a good thing to know in case we have to edit something on the fly.
I have heard our phone covers 94% of Adobe SRGB in certain modes?
What info can you share about adding/modding/tweaking
color space profiles on our device.
If anyway has info please share. Thanks
"Mod please move this to Q&A thanks sorry about that"
DCI-P3 has always worked well with me, slider exactly in the middle.
SRGB is always supposed to be the most accurate. If the gamut of the display seeing your on extends past the SRGB points in the gamut, then it becomes oversaturated. The intensity of the oversaturation depends on how far post the SRGB it goes.
If it's inside the SRGB points in the gamut, you're then undersaturated.
The question should be: "which mode most accurately represents x/y/z colorspace?".
If you need sRGB then the answer is usually different than if you needed accurate DCI-P3 or Adobe RGB.
There is no Adobe SRGB. Adobe RGB and sRGB are two different color spaces.
And the answer for sRGB and DCI-P3 is Natural mode as it switches between those 2 color spaces depending on content being displayed. Source: http://www.displaymate.com/OnePlus_7Pro_ShootOut_1P.htm#APL_Accuracy
For Adobe RGB you'd need a custom kernel.
Lol were not taking about Adobe color space. We're taking about what a op7 pro can produce which is SRGB and the variations from that such as presets like vivid, natural, dp3 and a custom gamut for over/under saturation. On this phone, SRGB is the neutral color gamut.

I've also selected Natural mode for me,Other modes are just too saturated or faded in SRGB
