Official Android 10 does not allow app service in the background

Anyone know how to bypass this with root? Got a Lenovo MT10+ Id like to run background services on (like AnyVideo Downloader)

On my Huawei P30 I solved this by downgrading to OS9.1 , but it sucks that I have to stay on that version only for this

remove ads in search section (honor 20 YAL-L21 MagicUI4.0.0 Android 10)

I have some ads in search bar page.
It seems recent, I don't know if it is active after a honor update or aliexpress app update.
And I can't find the way to remove it.
