The phone which is known for its selfie camera is called Redmi Y2 in the Xiaomi's largest market India. And the same phone is globally known as Redmi S2. The name doesn't matters, what matters is it's 32bit is sucks.

Yes by hardware specifications and codename (ysl), but different market (S2 for China and global market, Y2 for India market)

Why buy Mi A1 if you dont like stock android?
If like MIUI, you should have Bought Mi 5X. You just make yourself complicated.
