I have been looking on amazon for a micro usb otg cable and they are pretty cheap (no more than $2), but most of them say they will take 17-28 says for standard shipping and I think that is pretty crazy. So for anyone who as bought one where did you get it from? Somewhere besides amazon or did you wait for it?

Amazon and ebay has it but surprisingly I found in a local store an item from china and I it was able to deliver as promised.

I searched internet and found some kind of solution, using audio root app, but this isnt satysfing me.
I would want it to work without this app, so is there any option to get this no DAC adapter working? Any app, modification or root?

Nope. You must buy the one from htc. I don't know if it's in stock or not though..

No. I bought a third party one also and returned it. You won't be able to make it work. Sorry. Only supports the official htc one.

Actually, I have three plus two from HTC.
I'd prefer generic because it works with laptop too, and the sound is a bit clearer than HTC one with 192kbps ogg vorbis.
Can anyone confirm if third party DACs will work on this phone? I'm seeing a lot of info saying only the HTC one works

There are a ton of them out there, and I'm having a hard time finding information on how reliable they are and how much power they can provide.
If anyone has any feedback or first hand experience, it would be greatly appreciated.

Almost positive if you buy an adapter it's not going to work. Wireless charging doesn't work on Cn version.
I am aware CN does not support wireless which is why I would like to buy an adapter Qi Coil to USB, for the phone. A Qi receiver that you plug into the USB-C port on the phone.
I'm not talking about a charger here.

thats not the CN version the CN version is the LE2110 the LE2115 is the global version that should already have wireless charging

1 you couldn't of had it for "years" 2 it might be a problem with the phone or you have the model number wrong
I've had it since April 2021 if you want an exact date. And I flashed it with a global ROM, rooted it, and might even have changed the phone ID at some point.
I didn't think that was relevant, but apparently it is.
I do have the CN version, and it definitely doesn't support wireless charging. And even if it did and is now out of order, my question remains relevant.
So please refrain from any more non constructive answers.

this one is 5v1A so phone will charge in 7-8 hrs maybe more.
