I accidentally delete it in the app manager and cannot reinstall it because it doesn't exist in the galaxy app store.
Any help on porting this app or providing a download link?

Solved.
It's under the /system/preload folder. use root explorer, etc to copy out the file
only on the Chinese galaxy App Store.
if your CSC is CHN, remove your sim and clear data for galaxy apps, then open it again/.

I just bought an International version of S8+ with dual sim slots (Model SM-G955FD). It came to me with a ROM from Taiwan region, but I'm using it in the US. Now I'm having trouble using Samsung pay. Originally it connected to the Play Store for Taiwan to download the application so it only supported banks in Taiwan. Then I switched the Play Store to US region but when Samsung pay updated itself it still kept downloading the Taiwan version of the app.
I tried searching Samsung Pay Framework and Samsung Pay app online. Installation was successful, but it requires a Korean sim card to be inserted in order to run the app... I definitely don't have that.
Odin wasn't happy to let me flash the AT&T ROM on my device so I couldn't extract a US version of Samsung Pay myself.
Can anyone who has a working US version Samsung Pay for S8+ extract the framework and app and upload here on the forum? I'll really appreciate it!

I tried your version... It was for Korea region and again requires a sim card from Korea... Exactly the same with what I got from APKmirror...

Sims like you have to have US version of software in your phone in order to work. I have exactly same samsung pay in my phone and samsung pay is US version.

Well it really depends on what version your samsung pay framework is. From other similar discussions I concluded that - No matter which region your cell phone (and the Android) is from, as long as you install a Korean framework it'll ask for a Korean sim card. As long as you install a Taiwanese framework it'll only support banks in Taiwan.
So now what I need is just the US region framework (and I see other people asking for it as well). Would you mind extracting your samsung pay framework from your cell phone if possible?

why not just flash the US unlocked version to the phone using the modded odin
I have a 950F and am using Australian firmware because Samsung works in the US. Flash with ODIN and it will not trip KNOX

Download the firmware u want or need.. use winrar or 7zip to extract, u can remove the .md5 or leave the file alone and when asked.. use open with and search for program folder for winrar or 7zip.

Wouldn't it run into issues? The us rom is designed to run on Snapdragon, no?
Hi guys. Im new to the sight and was wandering if anyone has rooted this model before. I live in china, but im from australia.
I really want to root my phons so i can use google etc. But also i want to remove the samsung app as im stuck to chinese app and cant change the language even though i have selected english on the rest of the phone. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

From where did you buy this phone?
If you selected the language, then all default apps should change to the selected one. Make sure you didn't buy a fake S8.

won't help with Samsung apps - you're going to lose that functionality (nothing missed), but just download HK firmware and use ODIN to install. Simply install a vpn apk such as expressvpn and you will now have google in china!

Might need to be careful with which HK firmware you upload... I can't read Chinese so, I'm unsure. But I made certain that I used the right one for the HK 6gb phone, as I wasn't sure if it was the same for the 4gb phone with less storage and exact same model number. Good luck.

This firmware has a lot of pre-installed operator programs (KT) and even when the set is loaded, the operator logo comes out. Please advise the firmware version with less of this debris. Launch the app, go to*Root Explorer*option and change*R/O*to*R/W.Navigate to*/efs/imei/*folder, edit the CSC code in the*mps_code.dat*file and save the changes.Then go to*/system/csc/*folder and edit your CSC in*the*sales_code.datfile.Now save the changes and reboot your device.

From the latest devices, ex)galaxy s10, s10e etc...
for csc change
If you haven't rooted, you should use a program called samkey,
I know it is a paid program.
It seems that csc doesn't change just by flashing the firmware to odin like the old devices.

Should work, but IDK if turkish language is included. And if you want to keep your data, make sure to use Home_CSC file in CSC section of Odin.
BTW you can check and download Samsung firmware files with Frija.

Sorry ... I do not have this device, and I am using Frija for downloading latest stock Samsung firmware files.
