So last night I dropped my phone from about 1ft up onto a carpet and soon realized that there was a crack on the part of the phone that slides up on the side of the PTT button on the bottom corner. Also the plastic that covers the home,call,end and back button is starting to come off. So my question is would ATT cover this?

I tried to open up my last phone- wasn't too smart of an idea... I finished breaking it.
Its easier just coughing up the 120 for the insurance anyways.

Hoping that you have insurance (because warranty doesn't cover what you did,) you would be looking at 120 deductible for the insurance whether u lost it *cough* or broke it. If you don't have insurance, you are SOL.
I have insurance....But if I did lose my phone I would pay the $120....and what happens if I lose my phone can someone just pick it up and use it.

Yes they can. They just throw your SIM card out the window and pop theirs in.

Where are you located? I'm in NYC and the last time I ordered from them I got it in 3 or 4 days and they are in California. So I'm expecting mine by monday. The one I ordered on ebay will prob be here sometime in may since that one is coming from china

I use this case, and it´s very nice, thin but safe.
Only major thing: it´s very hard to press the "power button" - so actually, I would not buy this case again and am looking for something else.

Most likely not. Thats how all the cases are. U have to break the button in. its hard to push at first. but will be fine after

Wow it shipped two days ago from California and I got it today in NYC through normal mail!! I wasnt expecting it until monday or tuesday! Hell my phone didnt even come yet (comes on tuesday) and I have my case for it already

Are you also finding the power button hard to press? I've got two on the way..
was wondering if anyone else with the sensation has seen this.
was just using the phone on speaker phone and press volume down to turn down a bit and the button popped out of the back cover and the little clip on the button that holds in place seems like is has broken and wont stay together.

I haven't personally seen this (yet) but there is already a thread about this in here...can't recall the title but a search should easily find it
I also saw that thread about a week ago.
Get a back cover replacement from HTC. They'll make you send you back your old one, though.
yeah could not find the other post after a few searches so I started this one.
I have since called htc.
they needed a credit card on file but have a replacement back being sent out and then I send mine back to them.
For now clear tape holding the button in place now.

My volume rocker annoys me lol, the bottom clicks like I want it to and the top is literally flat and have to press slightly harder for it to work.
I'm right there with ya pal. Seems kinda cheap for a piece to fall off after one month. Oh well, i got my new backplate today and hopefully it wont happen to the new one!

The bumper is totally worth it. It seems like its part of the phone and all the protection a normal person needs. I had someone holding my phone not believe it was a case. She was a blonde but still haha
Update from me: Though the ETA was 1-2 weeks, bumper is already on its way on the same day as the order was placed.
Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone knew where I could get my hands on some replacement keys for the S4. Perhaps different colors? Hopefully a trusted seller and a good product. Mainly looking for a home key replacement but, also looking for a volume key replacement if it's available. I've heard of this through word of mouth so I'm not sure where to start looking myself.

I'm not sure about the replacement for the actual buttons, but there are many stickers that you can buy for the button that can change it. I have an orange jelly one on mine.

Hey thanks for the reply, I watched a video earlier where a guy was testing out an aluminum replacement cover and he had an orange home button. Not sure if it's a sticker, I'll watch it again. Anyways, could you point me to where you were able to get your stickers? I'd like to check them out!

If that was me, then it is a sticker. It came with my spigen screen protector, but you can find them here or on ebay if you search for galaxy s4 button sticker.
