Redmi Note 3 drops charging with 3.4mah digiplus charger. - Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Accessories

Hi
My Redmi note 3 drops charging after 1min when charged with 3.4amps digiplus charger. My Samsung j5 and htc phones charges extremely fast. Changed the charger at the shop but same problem. After 40-45secs charger starts blinking and charging stops. Any clue how to fix this

Why didn't use original charger from xiaomi?

Maybe is tryng to force the current in and the phone shuts it off.
This phone doesn support QC 2.0 or 3.0 so you wont be able to charge faster with it. I wont never draw more than 2.0 A at most

Its because of the electric current too strong so the device will cut it off.
Tried last time with a mate 9 pro charger, plug in 3 seconds it auto stop charging.

my galaxy s6 charger does not charge any other phone

The adaptive fast charger that came with my phone works well with my galaxy s6. Fast charging works well and I can get up to 50% charge in about 25 mins. But the problem is it doesn't charge any other phone apart from galaxy s6. If I plug my htc one or lg g3 or any other phone (even blackberry), it will indicate its charging but won't add any juice. I've tried charging other phones for up to 30 mins, rather than charging the battery % will either stay where it is or sometimes drain. It can't even charge simple things like a modem or even a ps4 controller. I once plugged a ps4 controller and the charging light indicated, but to my surprise after 1 hour of charging it still was not able to add one bar to the battery. In fact if I plug a phone with 2% battery , after 20 mins of charging the phone dies.
I want to know if anyone else have this problem and possible solution, or was this charger designed like this?
Same here. Doesn't charge my Nexus 5. Not a big deal for me though, as I have other chargers.
But sorry, no solution
Noticed it too long ago.
But using other cord with the s6 adapter charger works, atleast in my experience.
I haven't noticed this. I use the same charger and cable to charge my Nexus 5 and my ecig. No issues.

Fast cable charging

Hello,
It does not matter wether the option on my s7 for fast cable charging is on or off, the mobile always charges at the fastest (about 1h 30 min to fully charge). Since I charge my phone during the night I would like to have that feature off. I had the same problem with android 6.0 and I thought that upgrading to 7.0 would solve it but it has not.
Does anybody have any ideas on how to disable it or why the feature is not working as it should ?
Thanks.
It probably is working, mine only has about a 15 min difference from 0>100 with fast charge enabled, so if you're not charging from dead you might not notice the difference

Fast charging is indeed not "very fast" compared to standard 5V 2A, but you can check if it writes "charging" or "fast charging" on lock screen. You can also simply use an old charger like an 1A charger (I use a 1A iPhone charger for the night, it takes 2h30 to charge)

Charging speed

To power up, you consume Red Bull. But your phone just needs its adaptive fast charger. Rate this thread to express how quickly the Samsung Galaxy S10e can charge. A higher rating indicates that it charges extremely fast.
Then, drop a comment if you have anything to add!
Ive been having a bad time charging my S10e. It only fast charges with the original wall charger. I have like 3 fast chargers:
Huawei charger (9V2A/5V2A)
Huawei Power bank Quick Charge 3.0
Laptop Type C port 15W
All the options charged my previous Galaxy Note 8 without a problem
But with the S10e i have many issues:
Huawei charger (9V2A/5V2A): Phone says Fast charging but estimates 4hr to finish (how is that Fast Charge?)
Huawei Power bank Quick Charge 3.0 : The same, it says fast charge with a very high estimated time, but here, the power bank uses a green led to tell the device is pulling fast charge, and it doesnt turn on while charging the S10e (but the phone does say fast charging)
Laptop Type C port 15W: Phone doesnt say fast charging, but phone charges about 1.3% per minute
its very inconsistent
Thats strange, mine fast charges with 4 different chargers, and car charger, all of them are QC 3.0, Sony, Blitzwolf, and some cheap ones from aliexpress.

Funny, I just posted in S10 thread about cpux app and now I see that it could help you with testing your charging stuff as well. Sometimes the cables are problematic too, so using that app, while charging, you can determine the exact charging currents. It's post #9 here:

I have a weird behaviour too. With Officiel Huawei charger and cable, it's not fast charging. But it's only a little slower than officiel Samsung charger : 1h40 instead of 1h25 to charge from 15%.
Another weird behaviour is : when I put the 5A Huawei cable on my QC3.0 charger, it's not fast charging. But with the official Samsung cable, on the same QC3.0 charger, it's fast charging.
Huawei have its own system fast charging different from snapdragon or exynos socs..

Issues with wireless car charging?

Hi,
I have a wireless car charger that I used previously for Galaxy Note 10+.
It supported fast charging for the Note but with my Mi 10 Pro it only provides normal charge not fast charge. OK fine with that in general.
Issue is that the Mi 10 Pro behaves strangely.
On a 5 hour drive it kept at 100% power for 2 hours then started to drain even though battery charge symbol was showing.
Other times it drops % immediately even though the battery charge symbol is shown.
In these times I am only running Waze with screen on.
Not sure if it is heat related as the Mi 10 Pro does get super hot in this charger.
Any info on your experiences appreciated, I don't really want to replace this charger.
Sent from my Mi 10 Pro using Tapatalk
The wireless charger should support the charging protocol of xiaomi, or it can only charge slowly.
So I got the official Mi 20w wireless car charger and tried it out for a short spin, it was fine with Turbo Charging working and charged the phone on the way home from work (phone not in use)
At the weekend I took a 2hour drive and used Waze as always, leaving with the phone at 100%.
As I was driving the battery was going down, turbo charge icon was on but still battery was dropping before eventually totally stopped charging.
Removing the phone from the charger for a minute and putting it back in reset this for 2 minutes and then again the charge stopped.
On the return journey 3 hours later the same thing happens but this time the phone flashes a message "the phone is overheating, the following will be restricted bluetooth, gps, screen brightness...." at this point I turned the phone off and used the nav on my car.
The Mi car charger has cooling fans built into and is designed for Mi devices so it seems either my phone is not right or Xiaomi have messed up wireless car charging on this device.

OnePlus 6 Warp Charge Problem

Hey,
Recently I've got a OnePlus 6 but it came without any charger. So I have bought a 30W warp charger which was taken from the OnePlus 7 Pro box. It charges and works fine till the battery is charged to 65%. After 65% it stops charging and I have to switch to some other regular charger or charge it via USB port from my laptop. to charge the battery from 65% to 100%.
I have cleaned the connection on phone, I've tried another cable but the result is always the same. Battery optimization is turned off.
I need your help: What can cause this problem and how I can fix it? I don't have a chance to test it with another warp charger, since I don't have access to other ones. and it is very uncomfortable for me to charge with two chargers -_- Please help...
