i bought 5 days ago a china-phone dualsim HZT S810.
it's a good phone but is very difficult to find custom rom. i have alredy rooted my phone and i also installed CW recovery.
at the moment this phone has a Cyanogen rom. I'd like to install a MIUI rom; anybody can help me to do it?
if someone got this phone and know any hack or mod, contact me please!

is possible to install flash player into a deviece not certified from adobe?
If you are looking for a MIUI rom your best bet is to go to the miui site. My best advise would be to search the internet as most roms are not for China based dual Sim phones.

I would check the MIUI site as no development for those roms are done here due to GPL violations. All the roms here are only translations

I have an S810 dead after an attempt to root.
the Clockwordmod program works.
I need a ROM or a backup of boot.img for this phone.
anyone can help me and send it to me?

I think we are a lot now to have the s810 phone, we should try to help on progress to root it and install new rom, i will try to find informations but if a cooker is ready to work on it we can donate too for the work...

Get ahold of the OEM and have them release the kernel source code and see what they say

can u give me a tip for how to do that ? should i ask the kernel via the terminal ?

Who makes the phone? They are the only ones that can release the source code for the kernel. And under the GPL they have to release it.

So we can't extract the source code by ourselves ? but the problem is that i don't know who makes this phone, anyone knows that ? here is a link of the phone in a e-shop : android-sale.com/touch-s810-android-phone-4-3-inch-touch-screen-3g-dual-sim-wifi-gps.html i just know it run a mtk6573 processor... anyone have more infos about this product ?

No you can't only the OEM can release the source code for the kernel.

I finally find the original firmware of this phone if someone needs it i can send of course ! Just send me ur email in pvt and i will send u a link via dropbox Can someone have a look on it to tell if we can use others rom or simply root it ?

I spent a lot of time searching original firmware for the s810 and i think now can be the start of many things on this device...
Something that would be nice is to write on this "thread" all the things we do on this device (installation, rooting and improving)
I will try during the day to find a place to host the original firmware...
Ps: A hint from russian forum : Cyanogenmod rom works for this device ! cool !!

Hello guyz i wanted to fl;ash my XOLOA500L with the teresus honami ROm .So It would be nice is someone helped me out with the flashing process. I cant afford losing my only phone#dont wanna brick it. SO if i could get some information about the process it would be great. I an do with some suggestions for other roms and your opinion aboutt his rom.

I'm using Obi SF1 and since no update is provided by manufacturers, I want to install custom rom. I googled for the same but did not find any thing useful. I read a thread about porting a rom to a device with similar configuration and I found a device Vivo x5 pro that is exact same to obi sf1. There are steps to port but Its not easy. I know I can play with android kitchen and all, but its messy and need a hell lot of time.
Please help me you brilliant minds out there. I'm really hoping something good from this thread.

My name is Cistler, and i have a Chinese MTK6580 Goophone i7 Plus. And i want to make a custom version of the CopperheadOS rom for this phone.*
But because i have very little experince in the android programming.
I don't think its smart to just try something, because then i will end up with a bricked phone.
So if anybody is interessted to help me with this project, and learn me how this works i would be very grateful.
So anybody who is enthusiastic about this idea and knows how this can be done please hit me up in my mailbox.
