I've tried too and it doesn't work, Let alone after unzipping the full update it doesn't fit onto a fat32 sd card as the file is nearly 5gb

God Honor are so slow with putting up stock firmware have emailed support numerous times with no reply [emoji848] took ages for 6x ,
Sent from my STF-L09 using Tapatalk

I spoke to someone on the HiCare app and the guy said they have no official information on the stock firmware release, I dont understand why it cant be downloaded via erecovery. it seems somewhat redundant if it doesn't work

hello .. somebody can upload here the stock camera apk and equalizer? thanks!

Hello, is this version newer than [STF-L09C432 B100] I guess yes?
Also I ask if anybody can make tutorial how to manually update Thank you!!

I just got this from support [emoji848] not that it makes much sense

U cant upgrade until Huawei signes the Firmware, u have to wait for it to bee signed. In Firmware Finder u can Check Firmware Access without IMEI. And when it says approved u can upgrade manually.

Please help finding recovery.

Hi all,
I reset my MT7 TL10 phone today. And I installed stock recovery hoping that I will get updates but it is still not updating. I think the stock recovery doesn't belong to my version. I took it from the root and unlock thread.
I shall be much thankful if someone help in this regard.
My exact version is this attachment. It is international version.

Thanks Simona Simmy. I downloaded one from Huawei site one. I extracted according to the instructions for Huawei software extractor. But unfortunately the only recognizable file is system.img. There the other files are unknown image files. I don't know which one is recovery.

You can try to cross flash updated roms for other regions you can try with no risk but only with dload method that if one version isn't for your phone it will just inform you "incompatible version" and ask you to restart with out change anything (I'm not advice you to do it with twpr because with it you can install every rom and you might brick your phone)
First try C636B321 (it's same as C432-C10) if it fails then try C185
If it fails again then there is nothing else to try except wait for your official OTA update
Make sure that when you flash others version rom phones works great but you loose live themes and maybe Huawei backup app, Huawei care app.... And when you install back your version then everything works back again

Is there a way I can update without fullota mf pv pack via dload or do I need twrp?
No way. You need MF-PV to update via dload, twrp, ect.
Sent from my EVA-L09 using Tapatalk
We all wait for FullOta-Mf-Pv to flash new firmware. I think they don't give use b388 but they give b390
But I do not understand what it takes to get the OTA out of Firmware Finder and then they can not install

I tried but after flashing the update it give me an error, infact on carbontesla I found this:
You can attempt to install this update using a custom recovery like TWRP. There’s a chance the installation might fail as this is marked as a beta and is only intended for select handsets.

We have to wait
I updated my phone using the OTA-MF version using firmware finder wifi dns update method to version 386. No issues so far.
Haven't tried the update to 388 though, as it says that the firmware has not been approved for installation.
Not approved means it is not approved by Huawei, probably in beta branch and is not tested or verified to be stable. A.K.A may contain bugs.

tmo sending an update.

Doesn't seem to be much of anything. June patch and "enhancements."

Android Security Patch is updated to June 1, 2017.
patch came through 6/29/2017.
update went smooth. Everything seems stable.
yes, security updates to 6/1/2017.
I googled the "System Enhancements" and there were no documented enhancements posted . . .
Can anyone identify any known enhancements?
Hi all. This update from T-Mobile is causing serious MODEM problem to my S7 Edge G935T, I can't get any access to internet over LTE. Only Wi-Fi i can used, PICTURE message is problem. I call T-Mobile and they say Samsung didn't test the update so now a lot of S7 Edge user have to go best buy Samsung store for them to downgrade the software.
---------- Post added at 02:13 AM ---------- Previous post was at 01:55 AM ----------
I have downgrade it my self, when 7 different security patch back, even to ANDROID 6.0 the problem still persist.
Normally used the U FIRMWARE with T-Mobile CP for better speeds. Now I'm running more test, I did standard T-Mobile update from software version 4BQB1, so far I'm updating my apps only on LTE, looks good now. Will see what happens in a few hours.
Just bought my S7E used and ran this latest OTA update... it sent me into boot loops that persisted through multiple master reset, cache clearing etc. even in safe mode. Used Odin to roll back to the C1 update and all is good. Will probably try to update again this weekend.
Has anyone else spotted anything new?

Neat enhancement if you use this feature.

P9 Update with Live Photo Feature released in China

Good news to share
Its seems like Huawei had also update their P9 with Live Photo features. (Automatically capture the video that happen before the photo is taken and embeded into the photo, Like in iPhone6s)
The update is already made available in China. We will have to wait Huawei to ship it globally, though.

Just received mine.
I got the update, what should I download?
BTW! I got unlocked bootloader, root and TWRP... should I revert any of that?
Just updated with firmware finder DNS method to L09C432B391 it brought EMUI 5.0.1 with the moving photos mode. Everything ok.
I have a question, I was on C390 before this upgrade, but on Firmware Finder a see a newer C386 OTA that describes the same features. What could be the difference between these C390 and C386, EMUI 5.0.1 ??
