GravityBox is intended for AOSP ROMs. Some features might work in EMUI though.

There are many tweaking apps around that only read root or not at all. You can try them but GravityBox is a big no for non-AOSP ROMs.

ha ha also we need to make a video for how to flash rr for noobs. because i did a mistake on flashing vendor.img. after flashing rr os(didn't flashed gapps i don't like them) went to terminal on twrp and typed adb shell it says cant find i ignored that then typed second line and there is double space so i thought i should press enter here and type the remaining code as third line after this but i realised i did a mistake device continuesly vibrating and lot coding moving very quicky. for 2mins i thought it was installing vendor.img then i realised something went wrong. i went back to twrp main screen but still device vibrating so i rebooted to recovery formated data this time i entered the code correctly .

You better edit it to:
"Android P features on any Android 8.1 rooted device - P-ify"
Version 0.1.0_19 now work on Oreo 8.0
why failed when installing framework xposed beta 3 sdk 27.zip in lineageos 15.1? I'm using deadmans TWRP.
I found a bug on android p-ify, so the bar notification panel display looks like in the picture.

First of all. Every ROM out there can be rooted. And secondly, you need to have stock EMUI 8. Follow the instructions in this thread
https://forum.xda-developers.com/honor-6x/how-to/stable-pie-rom-honor-6x-t3863562
For ROM use RROS ZIP and for recovery use this.
