You are flashing the wrong build. The download you are trying to flash is old. You need to flash a "ghost" build.

Fixed to proper Title for thread
not getting stuck at 99% for me try a different browser....

This update is not flashing many of ghost ROMs (like Slim KAT, Liquid Smooth). I had to downgrade to 2.6.3.x version.
I tried many ways to flash Liquid Smooth using 2.8.1.0 but could not succeed and finally downgraded recovery to 2.6.3.1 and completed flashing.. My device works with Liquid Smooth and it is absolutely smooth.
Thanks for posting anyway.

2.8.1.0 has been rock solid for me with stock and aosp Roms. But I have read that some need to use different versions. Weird.

it has nothing to do with TWRP. its inside the ZIP file you flash. It refuses XT1052 for some reason, so have to remove the if statement.

Anyone actually flashed this rom? I flashed it with latest Gapp ARM-Pico-6.0 but have Google play store force close, it popping up every 15-30 seconds. I tried factory reset or even reflashed the rom/Gapp but not solve the issue, thanks

Just go to settings/apps /select all permissions for play services.....done!!! no force close.

its pretty good mostly same as cm13 by xenius9 but has a little skin to it gives a good battery life,only one problem i notice is when i use lte sim the notification signal drops and keeps up but there is no problem in phone reception problem its just the notification icon i think ,the problem is also there in xenius9 cm13 latest built.so try it

OpenGapps download problem

Hi there!
I just have a little question. I hope i'm in the right section btw.
Am i the only one that can't download the OpenGapps package for honor 8? If i'm not misunderstanding we need the ARM64-Android 7.1 for honor 8, right?
I would like to flash the Resurrection rom but i would like to be able to flash the OpenGapps package after installing Resurrection.
Otherwise if I'm the only one who can't get access to the package can anybody provide me a link where i can download the right package for honor 8?

Hey.
I am downloading open gapss arm 7.1 stock. But every time it gets unsuccessfully download error. I tried several times download from uc browser from PC from chrome but it is not helping.
What can I do for that.

Anyway, is it possible to change the corner radius for natifications panel? It looks prety odd now

Camera on my device works just fine after a factory reset.
My only problem now is how to remove the cellular signal since i only like to have just both wifi signal and battery only.
i tried hiding the cellular signal using the UI tuner but it seens to not work, any ideas?
Cons: the fact that the stock launcher is only the one who gets integrated in the recents is really bad, try using another custom launcher and the recents just get bad.

I'm in Poland and I just got the update. What's interesting is that I now have battery percentage in the statusbar.
Edit: Battery percentage can now be enabled using SystemUI tweaks.

So you telling us, that the update appeared by itself, you did not use VPN to force it??

I am From Pakistan And Subscribed To Beta By Recruitment Process. But Somehow Haven't Selected Yet . And As Well As Process Define Above Does Not Work Too And The Update Haven't Received Yet By Itself.
Can Someone Help/Guide How To Do.

I got it working , I have created the ROM , Only thing is the problem is My Network Is Currently Too slow to upload the ROM To Google Drive , I'll upload It In the night , Where Nobody Is Using The WiFi , Since I'll take Hours (est 3-4 hours )
