Perhaps it's a framework issue, or something else that i'm missing, btw i changed the permissions even toke off the arm folder of lib folder and nothing...same error

Settings are under Settinngs > Display > Smart Backlight Control.
And Settings > Display > Screen Rotation.
Basically, this is an awesome GIF which was originally created by Christian Tailor. So, I made a 1080p bootanimation out of it to fit the constraints of Oneplus 2.

No.
And if you are rooted, you already may have lost the chance of receiving OTAs.
Especially since you can't flash the OTA using a custom recovery.
