Thanks to @Ram121 for providing his kernel for our n915t device. Here is a link to his thread when you can find the download...
https://forum.xda-developers.com/note-4/orig-development/kernel-ramkernel-t3472138
This is the first kernel other than the Emotion kernel that I have been able to get to work with DrKetan's M12 rom.... It is nice to have another an actively supported kernel for our device available. If you use it be sure to thank @Ram121 !

hey guys......good news blu has released source code of its mobile which include mt6577 sources also
here take a look:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2650513
lets have some cyanogenmod and slimkat builds......
devsDark4Droid, @superdragonpt, @pratikmore, @bsuhas, @icoolguy1995, @khan_frd2002, @sagarwep, @mmxandy, @andiroxu, @yuweng @SuperDroid-BOND plz devs take a look
Sure MT6577 source is good, but only ICS.
Still its buildable for the Blue Device, you (we) still have to adapt the source to our phones.
But should be an great project.
In the mean time, i prefered to continue on the KitKat project for MT6589..

Thanks Alot Sir i Am A Big Fan Of Your ROMs For MT6577... And Now i Own a MT6589 Device... its Good To Hear That You Will Work On Kitkat For MT6589 :victory: i Will Be Desperately Waiting For Your ROM To See in My Device (After Porting)...
Just Wanted To Ask You One Question... Will We Be Able To Use Our Stock JB Kernel 3.4.5 (Swapped Ramdisk) With Your Kitkat ROM? Just Like We Do With Your ROMs For MT6577?
As of now the Omni Rom project for the MT6589:
-kitkat 4.4.2 boots great without bugs
-wifi works (still not fully stable, but works)
-Calls (telephony) finnaly works, but with no sound.
So the worst part concerning framework sources (the Radio Interface Layer), is now being patched with great success.
Concerning your kernel 3.4.5 (BTW that kernel was made by Varun) it will require some patches for KK to work.
As for the rest, only time will tell .
Regards

[Q] s2 plus GT-I9105P dualboot possible?

Is it possible to dualboot my s2 plus?
only if a custom kernel supports dualbooting roms. As far as i know , this phone does not have much development and hence does not have many custom kernels ... afaik , the only custom kernel available is mosh kernel by CoolDevelopment ( Kudos to him for his work on cm11 and the kernel ) which , by the way does not support dual booting . so all you can do is wait for a kernel to be compiled by a rec dev or try to learn how to compile or build it for yourself ... all the best and happy flashing

I haven't done it before but i'm a pretty expert at porting apps and theming stuff so i can try building a cyanogenmod rom for this device
but all i need is some testers.
My dad has this phone and it's very laggy so i know why people want a custom ROM
P.S.:My dad won't allow me to root his phone
so i need some testers and some more developers will start my work next month stay tuned and pm me if you want to join hands!
yes Bro I Am Ready For Testing Your Rom Just Build It

Thanks for help. If you build your ROM, I'll test it on my S7390 - I should only change model number in build.prop and some info in updater-script. S7390 is just the same as S7392 - the only difference is the fact S7392 has 2 sim card slots - that's why its name is duos.
PS. I'm counting on you, I think you can do it!
i am up with testing and developing
I want to test your ROM as soon as you have it

[Completed] Creating a kernel source for Karbonn Titanium S5 Plus (MT6582)

I, on behalf of the owners of the Karbonn Titanium S5 Plus device, based on the Mediatek MT6582 chipset, need some help in building a kernel source (not a kernel from source) for this device. I have a few fully working custom ROMs, a Github Account, some forked repositories of other devices having the same chipset but minorly-different hardware, and some time. What do I have to do to get to building a kernel source for this device?
It is a dual-sim device, based on the Mediatek MT6582 SoC, having a prebuilt kernel version 3.4.5, with no kernel sources even for its clone, running Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2 . @superdragonpt had created some new kernels for some devices(eg. the Wiko Darkmoon, MT6582, he created a new kernel source and a new kernel) having no previous kernel sources, how can I do the same for my device?
The Android One devices (Indian) are based on the same chipset, and have the same features. But, the difference is that they have a smaller 5MP rear camera and a locked bootloader, while ours has a 8MP rear camera and an unlocked bootloader. Can their sources be used for my device?
Also, after creating a Kernel source, how can I create an AOSP source for this device? Please help me out with this.
Hi there,
All things about your device is in this thread:
[ROMs and Recoveries] Karbonn Titanium S5 Plus/ S5 + - All Things And Dev.
Take a close look there and see if you find an answer there.
Good luck
I know, I started that thread.
It contains many Roms for my device, but there are no updates for them because it does not have a kernel source. There are no new kernels for the device because a kernel source was not released by the company. So, I asked it here.
I forked the kernel source from another device having the same soc, but I wanted to know how to create one specifically for my device.
One more thing. How do you build a kernel from a kernel source? Please help me out. Thanks in advance.
You can learn more about kernel development here:

Download version has not fixes. Only ported from Explay fresh base to wiko base.
Now we are building CM11 from sources. Sound works fine now.
We need some time. The first bootable build was finished a few minutes ago.
Anyway @ariafan is working in CM11 for Explay base.

My work isn't succesful New kernel(version 3.10) doesn't boot up and i can't read dmesg because usb driver isn't loaded(kernel failed in early boot stage). And new lk.bin(compiled in 5.0 environment) don't working. It takes a lot of time to build bootable kernel. But if we have working 3.10 kernel we can easy build lollipop rom/cm12.

You can take a look at sprout 3.10 kernel source. Maybe this can help to port k80 proyect mt6580 to mt6582 .

I have full source for 6582(but it's confidential). Kernel from that source not booting. Sprout kernel doesn't help. I think there a problem in lk.bin.
Bro but now we have kernel 3.10.x of unite 2 of same chipset and can we start from that??

I haven't source from this kernel. But it can be easy reconfigured for C2C, because Unite 2 and Canvas 2 Colours are phones from Tinno
