Hey guys! I'm going to Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan between 9 Dec and 19 Dec. I was wondering whether I could get my next phone/tablet cheaper from either of these locations. I've set my eye on the Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE (with the faster CPU) and (drumrolls..) the Galaxy Nexus. Any suggestions?
US users chime in when you receive your Note 3! Have you pre-ordered yet? If so, what color did you go with? Let us know if you bundled it with a Galaxy Gear as well

I pre-ordered a black one from T-Mobile my shipping status says back-ordered but the lady at T-mobile says that's normal for a pre-order. She also said it will ship no later than 10/1 - 10/2 but it could ship sooner.
Bought a T-Mobile Galaxy Note 3 Black and preordered it on the 19th, after all the major traffic died down... My order date as of today is still 9/27, I hope it ships early

Black N3 from Verizon about a week ago - says 10/10 but I'm being almost delusional in my hopes that I get it much sooner.
Pre-ordered from Verizon, keeping unlimited data plan. I too am hoping it ships early. I returned the HTC One after being severely let down by the battery life.

It wasn't "released yesterday" it was "unveiled yesterday" in fact, the sooner mainstream consumers can get it is on March 8th IF they pre-ordered their device from the Samsung store (which has a few days exclusivity) otherwise it's March 11th for everyone else.

Actually, you're wrong about the second part. I will get my S7 on March 8th and I ordered it from Orange Store, which has nothing to share with Samsung Store. :angel:
Everyone who pre-orders by the 6th is MEANT to get it on the 8th, regardless of whether it's via Samsung direct or a network. Whether that actually happens depends on many factors though. Some people will get it early, some won't.
What about Sammy removing the IR blaster?

Or T-Mobile JUMP customers. Last year's S6 launch date was April 10th, and my S6 was at my doorstep April 1st. Same story with the S5 the year before that. Both JUMP upgrades through T-Mobile. Fingers crossed the S7 is a similar story.
