First time installing crDroid to your M7, or coming from another ROM:
- Make sure you're running a proper working Recovery (TWRP is recommended)
- Copy GApps and crDroid zip to your internal SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Flash crDroid zip
- Flash GApps zip
- DO A DATA WIPE / FACTORY RESET
- Reboot
- Don't restore Apps using Titanium Backup!

Im using this ROM for a while and the battery drain coming from this ROM is so slightly heavy eventhough im using only airplane mode.
And the wake gesture sometime is not working at all. Need to reboot my phone too often.

thanks for your feedback i'm working for improve the kernel and i try other way for wake gesture soon, to be continued

I'm a CyanogenMod user from many years, I've compiled and flashed most of the cm based ROMs. What I always wanted was an always up to date ROM with some little extra features, so here comes _cm-13.0: unofficial CyanogenMod builds with a couple of extra features cherry-picked from its variants. I'll probably share nightly builds, but no promise here.
My builds include _kernel, a kernel with features cherry-picked from the most respected kernel developers here @ xda.​

I really agree your idea about just add some kernel function to CM and make it become a good rom. I have been keep changing roms in the last few months and I believe CM is still the most stable one. However, there will be bugs if I flash a third party kernel to CM. Thank you for the work and I hope you can keep this project.

Thanks. I'll definitely keep this project, I didn't share any builds last 2 weeks because I was on holiday.. but now I'm back and I'll keep updating the ROM.

Okay so using this ROM since this morning and ROM works fine for me like playing substratum(after rebooting 2 times) Clash of clan , clash royal , music , WhatsApp etc. But one thing I faced that is phone is heating too much and battery is draining too fast, flashed squid-kernel but doesn't help me well. And system browser is not here so , using uc browser instead.
I did not test 3g or 4g cause my carrier doesn't support radio frequency of my phone model.
BTW Thanks for developing this ROM it is to good so far!

Nice report. I can add a system browser in the next update but I'm afraid I can't do much about the heating issues as I am not really a dev (yet ) .
What I do know is that xenon's team horizon are very actively developing this ROM. (See github activity) so you can expect many more updates to come . Hopefully they can solve the heating issues.

Added a built in browser for convenience. (Uninstall it if you don't need it using a root uninstaller/TiB)

Check if substratum is working and report! I had some errors related to substratum while building it.

Tested this build works pretty much same as previous one and yes substratum is not working , after compiling theme and reboot ui/framework does not change!

Unfortunately no. It's still because of the lineage device trees being used that need to be updated to add the support.

problem with every lineage os hlte build is that audio fx doesnot work (sound doesnot change after changing the effect). Does it work on yours?

Installation instructions:
1. Backup whatever you have to, also do take a nandroid backup via recovery (Just in case)
2. Erase '/system', '/data', Cache and Dalvik Cache
3. Flash OwnROM

5. Flash Custom Kernel of your liking or keep stock
6. Boot

I see this ROM supports DT2W. Any chances of it working on this device?

Actually, quite possibly. I don't have a sprint device to test with but the recent changes to the device tree alignments show that HLTESPR was added to the hlte tree. If you're willing to test to confirm.....
Edit: this also applies to the RR rom I build too btw. If you're willing to test I can update the descriptions to make others aware sprint is supported. :good:

Hmmm. This I didn't test, but I recall this being a feature on mm roms so it's quite likely if it's implemented, it should work (bugs aside of course)
I still mainly use RR as a personal preference so testing this rom extensively is a bit difficult
