Play music equaliser gone? - Huawei Mate 9 Questions & Answers

It appears in the latest version of playmusic that the equaliser in settings has vanished. Can anyone else confirm this or advise what I'm doing wrong? Thanks

Google music 3.0 available in Market

You can now download an official version thru the Android Market. New features are a recents tab and a nice looking 3d gallery when viewing in labdscape. Still no cloud sync but I have a feeling it's close
They are accepting requests for the beta too at music.google.com

this might be one of the bugs they are working out. I've read this problem before in another thread about this player in the Android Development and Hacking forum. Maybe look through that thread for a fix.
I was using the first leaked version and I can say only using this new version for one night that its way more refined and works and runs way smoother. The only thing missing is lock screen controls but if you're running the greatest Rom ever made, SR4.0, you can use the lock screen controls that come with the Rom.
Also it is only available in the US Android Market.
can someone theme this widget...it is disgusting! maybe it is because i have cm7 with "the way gingerbread should have been" theme. if someone can make a semi-transparent black or grey widget that be great!

That would make sense (pun) because theyre android open source.
I have all these annoying tracks appearing on my incredible.
Recordings and sounds from apps.
Anyone know how to get them to not appear in my google music?

google play search position

is anybody else having issues scrolling through the google play store. Whenever i search for something and then scroll through the search results and select an app, when i click the back button, the scroll bar goes all the way to the top and i have to scroll back down to see where i left off. It is basically not remembering my last postion when i hit the back button. It had been working well all this time until today.
That only happened to me in Froyo, fixed in 2.3. Its REALLY annoying!

[Q] How is something defined as an Audio Application in the Notification Bar?

I recently found a cool feature. Settings -> Accessory -> Audio applications. Once this is checked whenever your headphones are plugged in you get a list of "Audio Applications" in the notification bar.
This is really cool, but doesn't include the apps I actually use. Just looks to be all the pre-installed stuff.
Anyone know how to add apps there? How is something defined as an "Audio Application" I would like to include iheartradio, since I use that pretty much everyday while at work.
Thanks!
If you are rooted there is an app included in some roms (Beans for example) that allows you to edit the apps in that list. It shows up as "headset shortcut settings" I think.

Hey. Thanks for the reply.
I am rooted but on stock jelly bean. I tried searching for the said app but.no luck. Any idea if there is an apk out there for it? Or if its in the play store? Or if theres a manual route?

Is there an app that allows me to make the phone look like a tablet?

Basically what the title says, I was wondering if there is an app (or xposed module) that allows me to trick an app into thinking that the device is a tablet...
If anyone is asking why would I want an app like this, I mainly want this because of spotify... I cannot stand listening to certain songs, but I cannot skip them because I don't want to pay 5 € a month for something I can have for free...
If anyone can help me, I would really appreciate it
You could try the Xposed module App Settings to set a custom DPI for Spotify app. If you do it right, then the app should think that it's running on a tablet and hopefully it'll use a tablet UI.

Never mind, the solution to the problem is tabletmetrics...
Just enable it on xposed, reboot and poof! I can listen to whatever I please
Now Spotify do Not allow to reproduce the music I want, it force me to listen playlist randomized. Any idea?

Yes, this happened to me. I assumed it was a theming issue so I updated Swift Installer, applied the new themes, and rebooted. Currently the problem is gone for me.

Yep that was it, thanks. I didn't look to swift 1st because I just had to update the Play Store theme 2 days ago.
