I know the specs are the same but I'm not sure if I can flash ROMs from the 4C on a G Play Mini?

It is possible ,without problems. You must have unlocked bootloader and straight arms.
you can, since i do the same but with Normal G play and Honor 4x (i install Honor 4x roms on my G play)

If you have kirin 620 chipset you can't. If it has same qualcom and other specs similiar to honor 4x too then you can try to flash.

I have updated my G Play Mini to marshmallow manually with a HONOR firmware
So it's model be came CHM_U01
Is there any chance to change model to CHC_U01 as it was originally without downgrade

I want to Debrand Honor 8 on Android 7.0 EMUI 5..0.1 from Chinese version FRD-Al00C00B396 to any other European version like FRD-L09 or any other English version.
My Honor 8 is Dual Sim, 32 GB Internal Memory, 4 GB RAM and Android 7.0. My phone is not rooted.
Please help me with proper guide.

You can use that method to rebrand your phone to any brand you like. I think that the Huawei Multi-Tool found here will do the job.

How to unlock boot-loader??? I mean boot-loader key, Huawei disable the service to get boot-loader key. Where I find for free???
As far as I know there is no free unlock since Huawei closed the service.
Does Gcam does not work in honor 6x
I am in oreo 8.0 emui and i have installed gcam as well as nxcamera but both didnt worked my device is not rooted

There is but not worth the risk. If something goes wrong you have to factory reset the device as proper TWRP isn't available for Honor 6X yet. It isn't worth the hassle as there's no difference in quality(infact slightly degraded in P20 camera)

Nope.. I was using P20 camera on Elite rom 7.7 and didn't notice any significant difference from the stock.
