I just wanted to know where I could get the Huawei market app back? I deleted it and now I need it back so I can update my built in Music player app and the rest of the built in apps in the future.

Music app v6.13.0.304 comes in Chinese variants I think, and also has some Online features. But the preinstalled v7 doesn't have any features like that. So the v7 is I think a stripped down version of v6. Strange right..!!

For the lock screen, yes you can. Search for Go Locker or any related app. For the dialer, if you only want call recording, search for Play Store also. I recommend the one from skvalex.

I have also a Hi Locker pro version on another my phone as well as for a dialer but

skvalex is the developer name of a call recorder app from the Play Store. The dialer can be replaced with Google Dialer. You can search for it. For the lock screen, I'm not so sure since Honor 8 lacks AOSP ROMs.

Hi, well i suppose i'm not clean when i write.
About the dialer... the sys dialer of the Honor 8, in china, have by default the option to recorder the calls.
In Europe this isn't possible because the option isn't present.
Well... there is a way to take the chinese dialer (with recorder option) and replace the european version?

Ooohhh. Now I understand. I'm skeptical that it will work. Because the system apps are odexed. But you can ask someone who owns the chinese variant of Honor 8 to provide you your desired apk.

U won't get this feature without decompiling framework . and without a 3rd party app it wont be possible

I'm coming from a Huawei P9 Lite, and I loved about it the many themes there were available for donwloading, but now, in my Honor 8, when I enter to THEMES, it only shows Local Themes, there's not any option to download ...
Is there a problem with my phone, Huawei does not has this option for Honor? Or what?

You have to have your Huawey account set on the phone (maybe the HiCare as well but I don't remeber).

You can apply themes from developers here though. Like MaterialVUI.

Yes I am able to download them:
From the settings you should be able to sign into your Huawei account (there is a menu optoin for that).
That's exactly how it was on my Huawei p9 lite, but can't manage to do it in my Honor 8, last question, what themes app version (or build) do you have? Thanks again.

I have L09 with B120 and the app version is 7.3.20
Have you updated to the latest firmware?
Have you backup, factory reset and restore?

Yes I have the latest firmware, Themes app version 7.3.20, and I did tried factory reset twice and nothing.

I did managed to get the Huawei Id app, HiCare, and HiCloud, and signed in successfully. But nothing changed in the Themes App....

Did you set your phone number? The only difference what I see right now from the screenshots that you have your email adress and I have my phone number (and secondarily my email) paired to my account.
I used my email address, so I don't think it could be that. Maybe if you try and force close the theme app, clear all the data etc.
Go to settings > apps > and select the themes app
I'm having the same problem and i recently discovered that themes store is not available in US versions:

I finally found a solution
Get this app from play store
It's called EMUI tweaker:

Now, from the list hit Disable online theme, by default it's turned on
Just switch it off by hitting the toggle then head to the Themes app,
Launch it then your themes app will show a disclaimer now hit ok...
Tada ... online themes are just between your hands.

Iam using Honor 9 with B120 EU firmware. Unlocked + rooted.
Hi guys, Netflix app doesnt work anymore on my Honor 8 from july. Every time i open the app i have this message: "This app is not compatible whit this device....."
My Honor IS NOT rooted and the bootloader is locked. I'm on B389 and the latest version of netflix.
I also called netflix service and they told me to install an older version of the app and actually it works but i want to use the most recent app!
B389 here and running the latest update for Netflix from the play store without issue.

Just give it sometime it should fix itself. I had a similar issue with a game and a Google Play Services update fixed.

Well no. Adobe stopped working on this app for a long time. Theay made new apps instead but theay are not the same.
The last version for the app was 1.3.7
And on edobe forum theay said that this app will no longer be on the app store or Google play.

So the OPPO apps such as contacts, file manager, game space etc... They aren't on the Google play store as they are OPPOs own apps.
Oh I'm with ya now bit odd there app store not installed by default then obviously those apps need updating as well

If you really want to update all of them to the lastest, there is a telegram group with members who upload all the updates from different oppo apps..

Contact and sms is the native Google application, looking at the info.
Game space and file manager is part of the software and will update via the software updates eg color os updates.
